I'm been going to this Starbucks for a long time now. I tend to always place an online order to be picked through the drive-thru. Not once have I ever been rude and if there's a problem with my drink (forgot whip cream etc.) they have always fixed it. Recently there has been a girl that's been at the window that's very rude and definitely not friendly (blonde with face mask). I ordered the Cran Merry Drink that comes with the coconut milk and when I got to the window I noticed mine didn't have any and explained the explanation and asked if I could get the coconut milk added and went to show her my order on the app. She explained that I would have to park and come in to get my order fixed because I would be holding up her line. It would have taken all of a minute to splash some coconut milk in the drink. I'm more so upset at paying more for something and then not getting it. I waited patiently in line behind other cars and I am also on my way to work. I didn't have the time to stop and go in to get my drink fixed and had to leave. I had tipped in the app but promptly removed it after that. I feel like this barista would benefit from a customer service refresher course and should take some advice from her...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLong line and proper signage- Falmouth Maine manager needs to place a pie board sign out long before 14 cars line up starting at 1:44 pm ( store closes at 2 pm) thinking they will be able to order when they get to the window ( nope can't place ahead on your cell). I watched as each car in line approached (after waiting their turn) only to hear an automated message " lm sorry we are now closed". That is the poorest customer service I have seen at this Falmouth Maine Starbucks. It must change. I saw anger, disappointment, shock, and heard comments that indicated they would not ever do business at Starbucks again. I got a Birdseye view and ear. I was the last to be served at 1:56 pm. I drove to the window picked up my drinks and asked the barista who the manager was and was told "Melissa". I asked her to share my thoughts about warning customers ahead of time with a Pie Board sign like other Starbucks do so customers are not expecting to place an order and find they cannot. Her response was "oh, this happens all the time we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to pick up a mobile order (no one greeted us or said anything). I waited awhile and as people that came in after me received their Drinks, I simply asked the young barista making the drinks if he received my order. He looked at me extremely annoyed and said that they were backed up and he couldnāt check. I told him I just wanted to make sure that they received my order, he again looked at me very annnoued and said that he was too busy and he wasnāt going to check because of that. Iāve been to a lot of Starbucks over the years and many different parts of the country and other countries and I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks in my life. I will continue to go to Starbucks, but not this location. This young barista really needs a quick lesson in customer service. There was a much more professional and courteous way to share this information about being busy besides being snippy, and rude about it. I left...
