I love Chipotle as a chain and never take the time to review anything. All of that being said, this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to in 4 states. I've been here probably about 10 times.
One time my chips were so soggy they tasted like they were drenched in straight lime juice. I never ordered the chips again (they're $4 something a bag with queso).
One time it appeared they only had 2 people working in total and refused orders at the register and demanded we only do online orders. I ordered online and waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and my order still wasn't ready. Had to cancel, go home and deal with customer service to get my refund.
I just came from there this time. I wanted to get a bowl, but they were literally out of half of their ingredients; no corn, fajita veggies, white rice.
This is similar to another time where they literally ran out of lettuce tortilla shells (the great tortilla shortage of 2023 or something).
Another time the portions were so paltry I couldn't believe I paid $13 for the burrito.
Any one or two or three or four of these events I could forgive and chalk up to circumstances. But I've been here roughly 10 times and literally half of the times something is not right, not available, or utterly dysfunctional. You can look at this as a 50% failure rate or a 50% acceptable rate. Nothing here has ever been good or great.
This is one of the most poorly organized, managed and run places of business I've ever dealt with. Not just Chipotle and not just restaurants, but businesses in totality. Just awful.

Read moreJust tried to go to this location. I've run into a couple weird problems here in the past, but thought I would give them another try. An employee was cleaning the glass directly above all of the food with the food wide open, no covers at all. Their excuse was that they weren't spraying the cleaning spray over the food, which they were not directly over it, but close enough. Regardless, that's no excuse for cleaning directly above food. Gravity exists. Cleaning solution and other contaminants can easily fall into the food if you're cleaning above it. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager saw absolutely no problem with them doing that.
I went to Moe's instead and asked them what they thought of that situation, they were shocked.
Previous complaint that I still remember was going there at the end of the day, waiting for a couple people in front of me to order their food, they got their orders taken care of, and then they wouldn't serve me because they were closed.

Anyway, burritos are my go to, but online ordering doesn’t seem to work out?!? I’ve received the wrong order, a burrito that was maybe half the size it should have been (can’t find the pic), and the last one literally only had 4 small pieces of meat in it??? I really should’ve brought it back for the price we paid, but I ordered it for convenience and wasn’t up for a trip back down to complain.
There’s another local burrito shop that treats their customers right and does a great job with potions and service. I’ll be going there for the next few orders. I’ll give this place another try for a change up, but if it’s another fail, I’m done as a customer! Hopefully they can figure...
