Edelman — Local services in Westlake

A few years ago we had our master bath professionally remodeled and our contractor used Edelman for all the plumbing fixtures. Fast forward to June of 2020 and we decided to do a DIY remodel of our powder room and main full bath. We called Edelman's because they were so nice to work with before. They did not disappoint us this time as they were able to pull up our order from a few years ago which made ordering the toilets and undermount sinks very easy. We wanted a consistent look throughout the bathrooms, so their record keeping made this very easy. We made an appointment with @Olivia Merdita to pick out the vessel sink and faucets to round out our new project. She was respectful of our budget and was able to guide us to the right fixtures to complement the design and look we were going for. Once the toilets, sinks and fixtures arrived, they delivered them right to our home to ensure they arrived without any problems or breakage. We did have one manufacturing defect on one of the faucets and all it took was a phone call to Olivia and she jumped right on it and got a new fixture ordered for us right away. I worked with Tori on selecting plumbing fixtures for a remodel we’re doing and could not be happier with the service. Edelman has a fantastic selection in their showroom—I ended up purchasing most of what I saw on the floor. Their displays feature unique pieces that I haven’t seen in other showrooms around Northeast Ohio.

When we did run into hiccups with deliveries or items being discontinued mid-project, Tori and the Edelman team resolved everything quickly. I can’t express how much I appreciated that. These days, it feels like true customer service is hard to find, but my experience with Edelman has been the exact opposite. It’s been so refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values its customers and the money they spend.

I took delivery of my new kitchen appliances yesterday, and they are beautiful. I have to give significant credit to Maggie, she has been beyond wonderful to work with. She goes above and beyond to find products that fit with our lifestyle in our home.
