At first this place was amazing. We came there in November 2017 and just left in May 2018. Tara Miller at the front desk WAS the sweetest soul you would ever meet. I considered her a friend. We had relocated from Georgia for my husband's new job. There were a few billing issues in the beginning. They would charge random charges to our card. We finally got that straightened out. And then alllllllll of the partying started. EVERY weekend young kids come and rent the lofts. You will hear loud music until the early morning hours. They will do drugs and drink all night. The cops are always out there. Two weeks ago a woman died in her room. One night I went to the front for toilet paper and Tara greeted me with a "what's up?" Instead of her usual friendly "Hey momma." I thought that was odd. Lindsay Olson, the GM, was nice at first as well. Then she changed. We lived there. We made it our home. I was recruited by WKYC news to do a trial on charcoal toothpaste. I was to try it out for a week and then they were going to come back out and interview me about my results. Lindsay said I was not allowed to do that. That is when we decided that we needed to move since obviously we didn't feel at home anymore. The cops would drive through there sometimes. Once I asked Lindsay what was going on and what they were looking for. In my opinion, that is my right to know since we live there. She rolled her eyes and simply said "they're always looking." I later found out that Lindsay and Joanne (the front desk manager) sat Tara down and told her that she was too nice to the guests and that she needed to be meaner. Wow......all I can say is wow. How can you be mean to people that are bringing in revenue to your business. Since we have left, rumors are still flying about us. Nadia, a housekeeper, is telling multiple people that we stole pillows and other stuff from there when we left. That is 100% false information. I packed up all of our things and took out all of the trash before we left. My husband got a voicemail on his old phone from Lindsay regarding a note I had notarized allowing them permission to give our mail to our friend who lives there. She said she wanted to make sure that it was okay with him because he had not signed it and there were rumors going around that we were getting divorced. They all love to gossip about everyone. Oh......and to top it all off......we had a credit union in Virginia that we closed when we opened a new account locally. Well somehow Lindsay Olson called VISA and had them force post $415 to that card which reopened the account and put it in the negative. Well I've been in banking for 10 years and will get that charge reversed. We "signed" a 1 year lease there because we weren't sure how fast we would find a place. Joe Chrien (the director of sales) drew up a contract. On the 1st page it reads 90 days for $70 a night so we were able to lock that rate in. My husband wasn't available to sign the "lease" so Joe had me sign my husband's name to it. My name was not listed on it. Legally that "lease" is not valid since my husband did not sign it and I was asked to sign his name against my better judgement. Stay away from this place. They will steal from you, talk about you like you're in high school and lie to you. They are a bunch of two faced people. And Lindsay Olson told me that she does not read these Google reviews. She only reads and responds to the trip advisor reviews. But if I hear any more rumors started by them, I will be taking legal action for slander and defamation...

Checked in 01/26/21 into a two bedroom loft paid two $250 deposits & have spent over 11,000 here after a month our rate went down to $89 no taxes & I was told it would be a fixed rate & would not change, June 2nd My husband said the manger said we had to pay our balance before the 5th of june to be able to extend and the rate will be going up to $115 due to the summer,, that night i paid $240 & my husband paid $50 or $60 our balance was $247 plus Change . The manager said we did not clear the balance which I can show proof of that as well.. Around the beginning of May the manager here has been harassing us, being very rude ect. My husband works two jobs the very first day we explained to them that he gets paid daily as a temp and if that was fine, we were told yes they understood our situation and worked with us. It's 06/07/2021 we've gotten behind on payments twice since our stay due to him getting hired in having to wait a week & whole for paycheck. Now the manager disabled our keys and told us we can't extend like we've been doing since January until we pay a week in advance, then told me I did not make a deposit and we have not paid everyday. I have every receipt from day one showing thats a lie and my bank statements showing that as well. We stay to ourselves and never given them any problems so im just feeling targeted by the manager at this point and need this situation resolved immediately. I've contacted corporate since the issue with the manager wasn't going anywhere saying its not her responsibility to call us about the room I wasn't yelling or cursing at her but yet she continuedto be nasty & rude talking over me & she just told us to leave tomorrow after me stating everything I've said here. I'm 5 months pregnant and won't argue with her when I have all the proof here. After talking to my husband she says the card that I paid deposit with was no longer on file thats why she didn't she the deposit, but when I tried explaining to her that the card she charged without my knowledge was a prepaid card it made a negative balance of $227 and the company thought it was fraudulent and closed the card but I couldn't get that out at all & have proof as well, that's when I said when we check out how will I get my deposit back she instantly cuts me off saying no you never paid one then say the hotel took the deposit to pay for room which I would love to see proof of since we've always paid our room up even when behind, but says something different to my husband and say we don't have to leave tomorrow but we do have to change to a smaller room it will be $79 but have to pay a week in advance. Hopefully corporate contacts me asap about this or I'll just go to the news. At this point I'm feeling discriminated against I have no reason to lie my family has been through enough & one lady with an issue will not...

I checked in to the hotel today 2/1/24. At 3:00pm. I rented this room for a month $1,703 I paid an advance. When I got to the room I opened the door there was a very strong smell of mold slash mildew slash. Body odor. I started putting my things in the room. I have a can of air freshener. I sprayed around the room. I leave for a few hours and I come back for the night at about seven o'clock. I walk back in the room The room still smells very badly. I turned the heat up Hoping that I'll dry the place up 2 smell better. I decide to go to bed. As I lay down in the bed. The sheets in bedding. Smell like dirty feet. And body odor. I start to gag. And I gave up. And I cannot stay here. I called the front desk. Spoke to a young lady Told her that I would like a refund The room is disgusting It smells awful I would like to go somewhere else Mind you I was only here three hours She told me to hold Then something else got on the phone And It started telling me there is no refunds I can have another room He had a very nasty attitude So I had a attitude back And said I would just like to leave I would like my money back He told me to leave she wants me to leave I am being tresspass I am not getting my money back. Then he called West Lake police on me. I started loading my property up in my truck West lake police arrive The man told them that I threatened him and he is afraid of me. The police told me I have to leave. This was my last money On my card They would not refund my money And he made me leave and it's thirty eight degrees out And I have nowhere to go. This hotel is disgusting. I do not recommend it to anybody. The room smells awful Dog kennels smell better. The man at the front desk told me he was the general manager. Or manager. I did not catch his name. Very nasty attitude. He tried to have me arrested because my room smells disgusting and I was gagging. This is how they treat The guest at this hotel. Look at all the bad reviews on it. Whoever the man was. Stole my seventeen hundred dollars. And kicked me out at night time in the cold weather. He needs fired from his job. It has now been 16 days since you guys stole money off my credit card. You state that it has been refunded. It is still never been refunded. Seventeen hundred three dollars and seventy five cents. So you're on Google lying stating that it has been refunded. You...
