I was at the store on September 11th 2020. Employee that gave us a service name was Mitch. From the first minute we walked in the store he started conversation unprofessional had an attitude from the first minute, next thing he was wearing face mask but it was only covering his chin, mouth and nose was open. He went back to pick up our order, came back I was on the phone. My body told me he call us with his finger did not said any words just used his finger. Like we don't speak, hear or understand. He was lucky I did not see that other wise I would call for management right there and asked them what that means. That is not all. We placed an order for cash pick up witch it was on the paper CC he did not even loo k ed ag the paper work plus there is no brakedown prices for the items not even a total for our purchase. I asked how much he "said we going to charge the account" he had no idea about that order. There was only one person I did not ask his name but that person was the only one who asked "if we been help", while we were waiting on Mitch Noone else is paid attention who is in the store. Long story short he need to take some costumer service training classes and rest of the employees need to wakeup when people walk in to the store. I saw one man in gray shirt I think he would be the manager of the store even him was o. His computer not watching what is going on in the store.
