Came here earlier today. Their parking lot was almost full and thank goodness I found a good place to park. I noticed some vehicles weee poorly parked.
Inside the place was loud and energetic. Lots of big screen TVs and seating inside the spacious contemporary looking place. Lots of families with little kids were here and the bartenders were serving lots of sodas in those small plastic cups for kids.
There was a female bartender and a male bartender. Both bartenders were very friendly, energetic, provided prompt service and knew the beer list very well.
I brought a flight of four beers that were new to me. Each of the four beers- a brown ale, pumpkin stout, experimental IPA and a Weizenbock- were full of great flavor, not watered down and made well. I especially enjoyed the pumpkin stout.
I also brought the Chorizo Mac N Cheese. They use small pasta shells and three cheeses topped with crunchy cooked chorizo sausage. The mac N cheese itself was delicious, creamy and filling, though the crispy chorizo sausage had a very earthy taste and made for a strange texture. The next time I come here I will consider other food items. The food menu is limited though lots of good options.
They have an outdoor patio that large, has many tables and chairs, palm trees and working fire pits. Even on a cold day like today, I could see myself enjoying a beer close to one of the fire pits.
Overall I had a good experience here. The friendly service and the delicious beers were appreciated and I look forward to...
Read moreMy parents and I went to Sibling Revelry with our two dogs. The outdoor patio is very nice, shaded and dog friendly, which is wonderful. The downside is that we had to go inside to order, self-serve warm water from a tap, go in and out to grab all the drinks from the bar, wait for a text to see when our order was ready, go get our food order from a kitchen window... and attempt to go out the patio door without dropping everything because that door is tricky when holding a couple trays of food. The biggest inconvenience was that everything was self-serve. I felt like I was waiting our table rather than enjoying the company of my parents.
The food was decent. The Coffee Red beer was disappointing. It didn't taste much like coffee at all. We got the El Camino sandwich. The sauce tasted unusually nutmeg-y. The sandwich was dry but palatable. The kettle chips were plain, unseasoned and unsalted. The chicken quesadilla wasn't anything special but had a weird sweetness to it. Must have been the marinade on the chicken. The Steak Frites was okay too. The steak was cooked well and it was a big portion. The chimichurri sauce had no flavor. The fries were good and seasoned well. We also got the pretzels. These may have been their best item. The beer cheese sauce...
Read moreWe threw a private party here with 70 guests in the Kennedy Room. It was phenomenal. The event coordinator, Amanda was great to work with and made planning this party a dream. She is knowledgeable and you can really tell that she cares about the events that happen here. She takes the extra time to answer any all questions and truly just made the planning so simple. Day of the party, set up was easy for us because the business provides so much already (tablecloths, plates, cutlery). While parking in the Brewery lot is limited there is so much additional parking in the area that it wasn’t an issue at all. Even with our event happening at the same time as another we never felt like we were crowded. Our server for the party was Trina and she was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she working her tail off, she was kind and fun to have at the event with us. She honestly felt like a friend by the end of the party. The rest of the staff that was keeping the food under control was great. The space is super clean and easily accessible. 100/10 would recommend people host their...
