HS Tuning — Local services in Westlake

Waiting for a service to be performed today and figured I'd upload a couple pic's of the clean, comfortable waiting area if you ever choose to wait for your service to be completed.

I just had new brake rotors and pads installed and a brake fluid flush performed. When I got home I went to take a look at my new brakes and noticed not only was the work performed as they promised. They thoroughly cleaned my calipers which is something most other shops would just skip as it's not necessarily part of the job. They even cleaned the backside of them. I know it's not a huge thing but sometimes it the little things that make a shop really stand out.

These guys are honest, knowledgeable, fairly priced. From the first time I called here and Patrick took the time to talk through a lot of things on the phone with me to how they personally had the mechanic (Jeff) call me to discuss what they discovered while inspecting my car they have been extremely professional and honest. It's rare (for me at least) to find any business, not to mention a garage that isn't just trying to take your money. HS Tuning had a chance to charge me for something I said I wanted done but they felt it was not in my best interest to perform service and rather follow up with the dealer before going this route as it is still under warranty. I initially reached out to them while searching for a Dinan Stage 1 tune for my M5. Through Dinan’s website, I discovered HS Tuning a true hidden gem in the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area just minutes from home. From start to finish, the team was top notch.

I recently bought a 2021 Audi Q3 from a VW dealer - and unfortunately - the car was from Canada. I didn't think this was a bid deal - where the car came from - until I realized that the Digital Dial for Speed was in KM and couldn't be changed by their service department. They said they didn't have the tool to do it - and referred me to AUDI. I did take it to Audi and they also could not change it - everything else on the Cockpit can be changed to Miles - except the large digital number inside the speedometer. After lots of research - I discovered there was a process called "long coding" in which a tech person can go into a car and this can be reprogrammed. My Audi Service Mgr told me to try HS Tuning - which is where they send customers they cannot help. I'm happy to say - after driving this almost new car with a black sticker covered up the KM (it is hard to drive and see 100 on the dial when you are really only going 60) - they were able to get this changed for me! This makes me so happy and they were a great place to do business with. Once my car is out of warranty - I would actually consider driving 45 minutes from Medina to Westlake to have them service my car. Thanks to everyone over there for taking the time to help...
