extremely unwelcoming.. i was the only person in there who was african american and as i was shopping the workers there kept eyeballing me while i was shopping for pants. one came over and asked me if i needed help with anything after staring blatantly at me, i just said no just looking around. then once i found some pants i wanted i asked where the fitting rooms were at.. the worker took me to the GIRLS fitting room, i have to state he was a guy, too. i was trying on the pants and the guy comes back into the GIRLS fitting room banging on my room asking if anything is alright. why would there be something wrong? why do i seem suspicious to you? hmm sounds a bit fishy… mind you, i was the only one in the fitting room. i felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed there. ended up not even buying anything because it just was not worth it. not to mention but he had a horrible attitude and tone with me the whole time he...

I ran to Crocker Park yesterday to pick up a couple last minute things I needed for a trip. Not knowing almost everything closed at 7- (Google still showed 9pm) I get to Express at 6:59 and walk into the Men’s side- the guy at the register tells me they are closed. I told him I just needed 2 minutes and that I only needed leggings- he said that was perfectly fine, register was still open. A girl came and showed me right where they were, grabbed my sizes and I went to pay. They were just the absolute sweetest! They weren’t mad or upset that I was there right at closing time. Beware of the body shaming employees. I left this store crying the last time I was there because the employees refused to help me and told me that the jeans I chose wouldn't fit me even in a size larger because my waist wasn't slim enough, I am maybe a size 7 and also 3 months postpartum. When I walked in and wasnt greeted, I walked around the whole store with a stack of clothes in my hand and no one offered to start me a fitting room until I asked. Meanwhile the size zero woman who walked in behind me was greeted and they started her a room after she had two items. I emailed express directly about a month ago and no one responded.
