I will no longer EVER!! Visit dislocation due to the absurdly ridiculous reply my friends and family received when they tried to make a reservation for 10 people they were told they could not accommodate 10 people for a birthday dinner.. they then asked if they can be split into two parties of 5 they replied they did not split checks and if they were caught trying to come with 10 people into two parties basically they would not be served.. now I don't know what kind of Mickey mouse corporate restaurant you're running this is the most absurd and is blatant lie I've ever heard!! You turned away a party of 10 trying to celebrate somebody's birthday the day of their birth with their closest friends which should have been a great and pleasant experience filled with laughter drinks appetizers meals basically a $500+ evening.. and you turned them away.. and then not only told them a blatant lie but then you have the balls threatening them with non-service if they tried to come in with two parties of five you are out your damn mind and I will find out whom they talked to and were told this and I will see to it that that person be reprimanded if the company charges its customers they will immediately fire the person responsible for this does it not only cost the location $500+ but more damning is the tarnishing of the company's reputation and more importantly the lack of respect for customers especially on a special occasion such as their damn BIRTHDAY 💯🤬 I'll also be contacting the corporate office and letting them know what transpired because this is absolutely not acceptable in any respect!! But as they say there was a silver lining.. they went to bonefish grill which were they received amazing service, food, drinks and not only that the birthday girl was giving gift cards buy management and the establishment to ensure she had a great birthday and the rest of her day went well after hearing about the ridiculous altercation they had from the cheesecake factory in Westlake.. and I must say WELL DONE TO THEM AND THEIR CREW/MANAGERS/OWNERS to going above and beyond on somebody special day that is how business is done on a corporate...

We were given a 35-40 minute wait time. We waited outside on the patio. When I saw the text on my phone that the table was ready, 5 minutes had passed and we went to the hostess stand. From what I could tell, they had skipped us and sat our table in that 5 minutes. ( I worked in restaurant for 30 years so I am quick to catch on) we then stood at the hostess stand for another 5-7 minutes. Hostesses had a bit of an attitude and THEN they sat us at a high top table in the bar. I wouldn't usually care except we had my 82 year old mother in law with us!! How inconsiderate! An elderly person at a bar high top? We weren't greeted at our table for atleast 5-7 minutes, the server was nice but everything took awhile. The Diet Coke was flat and no CO2 ,my salad came out wrong, tossed in a dressing I didn't order ( my dressing was at the table on the side already) I asked the food runner about this and she asked me if I wanted it " dry" I said" yes please" She came back literally within 2 minutes with another salad. It was mostly lettuce. About 4 pieces of crispy chicken on it, 1 slice of tomato, no bacon. It was a joke! As if someone just threw together 2 handfuls of crap. I was so hungry by this point , I just ate it! The Louisiana Cajun Chicken which my husband ordered is not nearly as good, the sauce use to be creamier, it was oily and runny. That was a favorite of ours in the past We asked for more bread and never received it. The service and food quality has really gone down, but those prices went way up! Very disappointing for a restaurant we use to really enjoy! Dont think that we will be returning. To spend $150( with tip) and be that disappointed, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I was in the restaurant business for MANY years, I am very understanding, laid back and rarely complain, but...

The wait was an hour and a half by the time we got there. So we walked around the shops outside a bit while we waited. When we came back, there was still a wait so we sat at the bar. Listen, their Pina coladas are the BEST I have ever had! Seriously so good! It's hard to have just 1. So I had 3! My wife got her usual tastey Margherita- again so yummy! We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. 🤯 They were the BEST I've ever had! Wow! This is why we love this place- the food is so good, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The restaurant was clean and everyone seemed in good spirits. Though they were so busy, every waiter, waitress and greeter made sure to say hello with a smile. The wait is always worth it my friends! I would not steer you wrong here! When our table came open and our friends showed up, we ordered promptly and food didn't take long at all. One friend got the steak tacos, the other got spaghetti, my wife got the shrimp scampi and I got more mushrooms and green beans. All the food was delicious! Our waiter was Micheal (sorry if I spelled wrong ❤️) He was very knowledgeable about the plates. I have so many food allergies and he made sure to take special care of me and our plates and let the kitchen know as well. He checked on us a few times, and let us enjoy! We have pet peeves about waiters/waitresses who see you take the 1st bite and immediately come ask how it is- let us swallow 1st- not him- he was polite and came when he noticed maybe we would want a refill or anything- timing was perfect each time.
