Horrible customer service and equally horrible owner. Honestly if I could I will give this place 0 star. Ordered two dishes and generously paid tips. When food came first they didn't give us forks. When we asked for forks they give us 2 forks for 4 ppl. I am not kidding about it. Neighbor pizza place gave us forks in free. Workers and owners both acted rude when we asked them extra forks. 🙄 mac cheese was complete bland. Found non veg in our vegetarian pasta. Just imagine our ordeal. When asked to give us tip back they acted more rude and started laughing on us . We will never come back to eat here and will make sure to tell people never order from here because you don't want to go and ask forks from other restaurants and do not want to find non veg in veg order.

Yes, the prices are much higher than if you just went home and made pasta out of a box. BUT they make their pasta fresh (by which I mean they make the actual noodles) and everything is made to order. I’ve been coming here every so often since they opened and have not had a negative experience yet. Wait time is usually between five and 20 minutes, and the portions are generous enough that I always have leftovers. I tend to alternate between the no-frills marinara pomodoro and the vegan Thai peanut (the spicier, the better IMO) I’m hungry just writing this review.

Wine festival was the first time I’ve ever heard of The Pasta Co-Op. I truly enjoyed the chicken Alfredo just thought it needed more chicken & peas for me. So today I decide to go order a bowl of chicken Alfredo with extra chicken & peas was excited to get home and eat but then was highly disappointed the pasta was very dry like not sure where the sauce was it defined wasn’t in the pasta! Next time if I ever go back probably should t order extra nothing and get it the way it comes. Gave 2 stars for food because it was too dry for my liking:(

Do not let the fact that this is an outdoor, walk-up restaurant kiosk keep you from experiencing some of the most delicious pasta you will ever try. It is better than I've had in many a fancier, upscale dine-in Italian restaurant at significantly higher prices. We had their Truffle Bolognese with Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage last weekend and it was outstanding. All ingredients are fresh as can be, and you can watch the pasta chef prepare your meal right through the window. We live in Atlanta, but stop here whenever we're in town. Hey guys, how about opening...
