Epic failure. What a missed opportunity to separate from the mall location but in reality it made the store at Great Northern look even better. Regarding the pitiful mens clothing selection I do not understand who you are trying to appeal to. I did not want a single item. Nothing appealing whatsoever. With a shortage of mens stores at Crocker, this was an opportunity to take a page from the Herald Square store in NY to really shine and offer some great mens items. It looks as though you did not put any thought into what is being offered to men. I thought for sure you would have had a great selection of Polo Ralph Lauren clothing, for example, but not a single item. Again, what were you thinking. The only PRL item I saw was one single sleepwear choice, either in navy with a gray polo pony icon repeat pattern or the reverse color way. Is that really all you are going to offer. Take a stroll over to any Dillard's Polo Shop and you will see, at the very minimum, what the store at Crocker should be. As for me, there is no need to ever return to Macy's Crocker Park ever again. Negative review- Why in the bleep bleep did our packages from Martinsburg contain damaged items? The last time we talked to a nice employee in packing and her name was Michelle Walker who helped us out and she told us the manager and supervisors left for the day and it was 3Pm, but she would fix the problem and did. She acted very professional and I assumed she was a supervisor, but lo and behold she was not. For some unknown reason, since then, we cannot reach anybody there. The phone rings, but nobody answers it is very frustrating and utterly uncalled for! When you spend hundreds of 💸 dollars and get no response and don't get any resolution to problems...

No wonder stores are going out of business. I bought something at their store for Christmas and they forget to take the security tag off. I go back and ask them to remove it and they absolutely refuse to because they want proof of receipt . Really people just shop online. These stores and their employees are absolutely rude and ridiculous and their policies. And to suggest that maybe I stole it and put it in a bag and walked around the store.
