Went here on 9/12/23’ and Store employees are very rude and don’t greet you when you walk in, do not ask if you need help finding anything, anything that they can help suggest, etc. they don’t say a word to you because they are too busy standing there playing on their phones. Nice store if you want to see toys in person instead of ordering online, which is getting more difficult these days. However, you’re paying a markup for that luxury. The prices are in now way compatible to what you’d pay on Amazon or at a big retailer like Amazon for the exact same product. Otherwise, very nice staff and the store was clean...
