I am so happy with the service I recieved here and i would recommend them to anyone that needs a phone repaired! I had a terrible experience with ubreakifix and after 2 weeks of back and forth with the people who work for that company ( messing up appointments and ordering parts for my phone) , they took my phone over night and then told me they can't fix my type of phone when I went to pick it up. Electronic emergency responded to my email enquiry ( to make sure they could do my type of phone) before they even opened for buisness this morning and not only could he fix my phone, but he already had the parts they would need! Not only was it a super fast repair ( an hour and a half) but it was about 75$ cheaper than the other company had quoted me. Why waste your time and money when you could go here instead? I wish I would have known of this place before I went to the other more corporate place. I seriously will reccomend this place to anyone that would need a phone or other electronic repaired. This place is HORRIBLE I don't understand how it has 4.9 stars, I took in my sons PS5 this guy Eddie told my son he wasn't going to charge my son because it was just dust that was turning off my sons PS5, then the guy who works in the front he told me he was only going to charge me 80 dollars if something needs to be fixed besides cleaning it out, NO ONE calls me to tell me what was wrong with it, no one calls me to tell me it's ready, I had to go in myself to figure it out that it was ready, then mind you I was told I was only going to be charged 80 dollars, I ended up getting charged 180 dollars! I can bet money that nothing was wrong with it, besides it having dust!, I was literally ripped off!

They basically over charge you Unprofessional And LACK OF COMMUNICATION!

10/10! I woke up this morning to my phone dead and wouldn't charge from the cord or wireless. Took my phone to ubreakifix in Arvada, they were useless. Told me I would have to order a new port and battery for them to even test to see if it was the problem. It would take 7 to 10 days to get a battery. Decided that was not the route I wanted to take. I really didnt want to buy a new phone, so I looked up local phone repair places and came upon this location! This was the smoothest, easiest interaction I had all day. I dropped my phone off, they told me to come back in 2 hours. When I arrived they had my phone fixed and ready to go! It wasn't even the battery or port! A simple short they were able to fix and for $80 I had my phone back! I was so thankful that they saved me so much time and MONEY! I will definitely use them in the future if I have another problem....
