Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Westminster

Every time my husband or I go there is always a rude/ know-it-all person taking the orders. My husband went today and the woman taking the order said she already knows how that drink is prepared and we are not allowed to customize it at all. She obviously doesn’t know what she is doing because it was incorrect . My husband ordered a iced hazelnut shaken expresso and his drink tasted like straight caramel. I agree with others about the horrible customer service especially for one person in particular. Taylor earns the award for the most nasty employee. Looks like you’ve left an impression from these reviews. The manager is to blame for letting this go on. I’ve reported the employees several times but she never responded so I will not be back here. The Starbucks staff here are unfriendly, unprofessional, and incompetent. I hear them complaining about there oh so difficult schedules. Get over yourselves and put smiles on your faces or get out of there. You don’t represent Starbucks...

There was nobody here to take my order at 7:15PM and it says they close at 8:00PM 😭 It's okay though, I can live without overpriced coffee. However, if I would have been unable to get my ice cream at King Soopers, which is the main reason I came to this location, I would have been MUCH more upset... So, yeah, whew! Thank God THAT...
