I order from this place regularly online. The time and date is 5:53pm on May 3rd, 2019. After waiting over an hour I called asking about my order. They told me they voided it as the phone number was somehow incorrect and there was no apt. Number listed. No one bothered to look at the delivery instructions evidently where I noted the apartment number. I then attempted to order directly with them. They made me repeat all of my address etc., even though I should be on file. Then I was informed that I couldn’t get the same deal as I got online unless I went through that entire online process again. At this point, me and my kids are starving. Now the manager gets on the phone. She informed me that it was not their fault. I asked her why it was so difficult to just bring up the order and fulfill it... she said they could get the price as close as possible and just put in a new order for me. I gave her my card number, and she said it would be delivered in 30-45 minutes and hung up. I’m not even certain of what she ordered as she didn’t review anything at all with me. There were no apologies or thank you’s, but there was a lot of run around just trying to get some pizzas delivered. By the way, she still didn’t ask for my apartment number, or confirm any of my address, she just hung up on me. I didn’t yell or raise my voice. I just asked why this entire process seemed overly complicated. I think I’ll be very lucky to get that order without at least another call. Read moreFirst if your going to offer curbside pickup within a 5 min time frame from text message don’t make someone sit outside for more than 15 min. Second train your order takers to place the to go/ curbside orders where they go as they tried to accuse me someone else already picked up my pizza and they couldn’t find it. And finally I don’t care if she was out delivering pizzas or not (the girl to accuse and help me) it’s not appropriate to accuse the customer they are stealing when they spent near $50.00 for there pizza and a tip which I won’t do anymore and the workers lost it. Separate issue but while I was waiting over 15 min for them to find my pizza the workers and cooks and management are screaming in the back, back and forth with one another about what a horrible day it is and there running out of stuff; don’t think I would like my employees to put it out there that I can’t keep my products stocked, or how bad it is to be there but whatever that’s just me. Read moreFirstly, the Medium Original Pan® Pizza I received was disappointingly greasy and did not match my specified ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Easy On Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage. To make matters worse, the 16-piece Hot Honey Boneless Wings I ordered were delivered as emitting a pungent vinegar smell and bearing no resemblance to the hot honey wings I expected.
Attempting to rectify the situation, I contacted the store and was promised a replacement by a representative. However, this replacement never arrived, and I received no updates or follow-up communication.
This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have lost confidence in the accuracy of Pizza Hut's orders and the quality of their customer service. Unfortunately, this means I won't be considering Pizza Hut for future orders.
