The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. They're happy to talk at length about all sorts of interesting food information that they have. I learned about the history and preparation of mole, the reasons why a lot of common chocolate has a sour aftertaste, and how our unique Colorado atmosphere affects the chocolate making process. I'm always happy to stay and chat when I see that they aren't busy. All of my friends and family have loved the chocolates from here that I've shared with them. Additionally, they have helped me cut down on my snacking. I've been limiting myself to one good snack each day before dinner time and their chocolates are the perfect choice. I feel much happier about my choices after consuming a single really nice piece of chocolate than a bunch of chips or a bowl of ice cream...

EDIT: I stopped in today and picked up a turkey sammich, potato salad, watermelon salad and some peach pate de fruit for lunch and snacks. wow, the sammich was delicious the green chili added just a hint of heat and the avocado mellowed it out just right. The salads were fabulous! Now to wait until I have room to try the peach treats. Looking forward to more lunches at M2 in the future!

This place is fantastic. They make all the chocolates in the store and they are gorgeous.

They have a refill program too, where you bring your box back and you get a discount in a refill. It's scaled based on the size box so the bigger the box, the more the discount is.

It is not cheap, but what good things are?

Saw their post on Instagram for 4th of July pre-order pies and thought, “Eh, why not?” Well, turns out that was the best decision I’ve made all year—possibly my life. This apple pie didn’t just slap... it saluted the flag while singing the national anthem. 🇺🇸

Perfectly sweet, not toothache sweet. And that crust? Bro... that crust was so buttery and flaky, I considered proposing. I ate it with the homemade vanilla ice cream it came with and immediately ascended to a higher plane of dessert existence. 🤤🤌🏼

I honestly wish I had bought 100 of them. Next time, I’m bringing a U-Haul. Pre-order pies? More like pre-order happiness. Can’t wait for the next drop. My stomach and I will be...
