Hot Pho — Restaurant in Westminster

Edit... It was a really strange night. We arrived and there was only one other take seated. The server gave us water and menus. 20 minutes later, they had seated a table of 4, taken their order, and their to go orders. They had also taken a walk in to go order. They say another table. The first table received their order and several other requests later, we were still ignored. We had loved this place. Our regular server wasn't there. They couldn't handle 3 tables and actually take our order. We left with nothing. I just cannot understand that this was the same place except that the missing ingredient was the waiter that is amazing and, oh yes, food!

This was the best pho we have had in quite a long time. The service was great too. We came back for a second night night in a row and they were obviously delighted to see us. They even remembered that we had bottled water since they didn't have any diet soda and they remembered that we had the crab cheese wontons as our appetizer, which were really tasty too. I tried the vegetarian pho the first night, with vegetable broth. The second time, I tried the seafood pho. They were both really good but I liked the seafood pho a little better. I think the vegetable broth was just a little...

Ordered noodle bowls, small portions and not much flavor. Worst thing was they cut up the noodles, makes you feel like a 3 year old. Never had that at any pho place ever. Peanut sauce tasted dusty or old or from stale peanuts or something. The veggies were fresh and clean not greasy and the meal didn’t taste heavy or oily so that was good. For $5 more I’ve had the best pho in Denver off of federal but take what you can get in Westminster. My best advice would be to improve flavors of sauces by 50% with higher quality ingredients, and portions by 30% then the price would be stellar. Not having a website is kinda telling in 24’ so go to square space or weebly and just put your menu with your food pictures to present your product the way you serve and want others to see. Folks working are very nice and have best intentions, very polite and enjoyed the interaction but the product just doesn’t meet ...

I always try the pho broth first to determine whether I might come back and I can assure you that I would come back to Hot Pho. I would give the broth a solid 8 out of 10. It is savory and tasty but just a little too oily for me. Not a big deal.

The gentlemen serving the food was really friendly and attentive to all our needs. Customer service just such a long ways and this man just exudes quality customer care.

One downfall: Bathroom was not clean. It would make a huge difference if someone took a clean rag and wiped the bathroom door down a bit. I am not a big fuss maker but cleanliness affects health. That is the reasons why I would give the atmosphere score of 3 stars.

Otherwise, I recommend this place if you are craving some good broth and on top of that, great...
