Michaels — Local services in Westminster

This store is awful. They send out coupons and place percentage off sighns everywhere but when you get something to the register its suddenly part of their everyday value price and the signs and coupons do not apply. I could understand that if they had some signal or marking to let you know that it was everyday value before you picked it up and took it to the register to pay for it. It seams the last couple times I have been here this happened. And today when I tried to inquire about how to know this before I got to the register the girl working that register just smirked and grinned saying she didnt know. She said I could speak to a manager, The manager 10 feet away looked over a couple times but never acknowledged that a customer had inquiry about a purchase. I use to love this store ...I will be looking for a new...

Their on-line ordering is a joke. When shopping on-line and you choose "in store" the site should only show items available At that store. Not Michael's! Had part of an order redirected to another store without my knowing it. On top of that, Michael's does not (as every other store does) give the option to order it for free pick-up at the store you've chosen. That's ridiculous! It's back to Amazon for me. What a shame!!! Bottom line is that if the order is correct, than you're all set but if there's an error - of any kind - good luck...

Since I love making crafts, I buy almost anything at this craft store. I even have yarn for sewing for my stuff animals if they have a wound. In my room I even sorta letting it turn in to a stuff animal hospital. Some day I’ll possibly be a veterinarian or rescue animals. But I sometimes buy cross stitch from y’all and if you guys are reading this, please do printings on your cross stitches cause people might get confused. But thanks for making this store!
