I had to give the service 3 stars to split the difference. My bartender was great, the drink she made was good, and her service was solid. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and fries, it was about 4:45 pm and they had 2 other tables, and it took more than 25 minutes for it to arrive. The burger was overcooked and piled with literally 2.5" of shredded lettuce & a gross slice of tomato. How do you come up with a tomato that bad when they're in harvest right now? The french fries were obviously recooks from lunch. They had been thrown back in the frier and were basically hollow inside now. But the bigger problem for me was the girl who delivered my food, she literally threw the burger in front of me, said the word "burger" and walked away. Then she came back with a separate tray of fries, threw them in front of me, said "fries" and walked away, ignoring my request for salt, pepper, ketchup, and utensils. I took one bite of the burger and put it back down, tried a couple of fries, and decided not to waste any more time there. The bartender, again, she was great. She took all the food off my bill, and I tipped her 100% for the drink that she'd made for me, which was delicious. In the end, I live within a mile of this place, and I will never go back.

But tonight definitely belittled all of our already lowered expectations. My girlfriend and I came here to spend a decent amount of money and usually tip higher than average. We were seated promptly at a booth with ripped up seats, waited 20 minutes without even being waited on after multiple waiters passed right by us on their phones. We ended up having to flag down a nearby waitress to ask when we would be waited on. We eventually got a mediocre waitress and ordered drinks, an appetizer and wings for the both of us. Our drinks sat at the bar for a while until finally arriving at our table, which is whatever. We got our appetizer and wings at the same time about another 25 minutes later. Within the first bite of our wings we both looked at each other in total disgust to blood running, undercooked and rubbery wings which completely took our appetite away. What a waste of our time even giving this place another chance. Sent our food back, paid for our drinks and went to McDonald’s. This place has turned into a complete joke.

We dine at BWW regularly. Today they had a new menu advertising bar pizzas Buffalo & Barbeque. We steer clear of spicy because we have quite a few allergies and its better to stay on the safe side. We ipted for the barbeque and asked for no buffalo sauce (yes it's weird that they put buffalo sauce on bbq pizza) anyway when it came out the pizza was smothered in sauce and pretty much inedible. Lisa only took a few bites of the non saturated crust. We did tell server and she replied they sure did put that sauce on there but I told them to put it on the side. No offer to take it off or remake it properly. Very disappointing. Do better BWW.

The experience I had last night at this Buffalo Wild Wings was the most bizarre interaction I've ever had with any group of people in my entire life.

My girlfriend and I came in around 8:15 to watch Monday Night Football. We both ordered a shot of fireball and a cocktail each at approximately 8:15.

We were very pleasant to the Bartender, Alesha, along with all other employees of the establishment. We were also talking to some of the regular patrons who were sitting at the bar, enjoying their beverages.

We even ordered a cheeseburger to split and some cheese curds.

The burger arrived, and it was absolutely delicious. The cheese curds never came and I actually didn't mention it to anybody because me and my girlfriend were in the middle of putting a contract in on a new house that we just saw in Westminster Maryland. We were talking to our agent about the about the progress of the situation, so we weren't paying attention to the missing Cheese Curds

It was probably 35 minutes after we were served the burger that the cheese curds arrived, and they came in TOGO box. I questioned the bartender there and the food runner who gave them to me in the TOGO form. We didn't request that. They kind of shrug their shoulders and looked at me, and I asked why would you serve us the food we ordered with our meal in a TOGO container. They kind of looked at us and laughed, not quite sure why, but I let that go.

At this point its been about 45 minutes since we ordered our original 2 drinks.

I asked the bartender pleasantly if we could each have one more cocktail, our 3rd each of the evening.

That's when Alesha told me I had to wait at least 15 more minutes to order the drink because we already had two drinks and corporate policy is they're only allowed to give people two drinks an hour.

This seemed very bizarre to me. I actually went on my phone and used ChatGPT to see if this was really their corporate policy. It actually does say that in some stores their policy is this so I said to the bartender she was totally correct. I did say again this is such a strange policy. We were both virtually sober at that point and only had two drinks so far this evening.

I then complimented the delicious burger not reminding her about the incompetence in the cheese curd delivery. I said to her no wonder so many buffalo wild wings are going out of business with a bizarre policy. Patrons have to wait 60 minutes to order a third drink, especially when they're totally sober and they're buying cheeseburgers and trying to eat cheese curds.

I then thought about the situation for a minute and I decided to tip the Bartender Alesha $100. I said to her here's $100 tip because I feel sorry for you. You must not get many good tips with such insane policies at this corporate restaurant.

She then looks extremely confused and sad (almost crying) and had a quick conference in the back corner of the bar with two managers. Even a restaurant patron walked over to the group, and then, in the craziest moment I can remember in my life, Alesha gave me back the 100 dollar bill and refused the tip. It made me feel like a criminal. I DID NOTHING WRONG

It was one of the strangest interactions with restaurant people I've had in my entire life. I thought I was in the midde of an SNL skit

At this point we asked for the check and it was $47. I then took the hundred dollar bill and paid the tab in cash. I left the change of $53 as a tip. At this point me and my girlfriend got up very peacefully and walked out to our car

Out of the blue one of the managers rushed out of the restaurant and ran towards my car and tried to give us back the $53 tip.

I said no that's for you guys. Then he gave me a look of wonderment like I was the strangest customer in the world and walked defeated back into Buffalo Wild Wings.

Every bit of the story I'm telling is the exact truth. It would be interesting to see if Buffalo wild wings response to this and hear their side...

I've had good experiences in my trips here. Just wish they would add enough sauce, especially when I say "extra, extra, extra, extra wet".

Update 2/17/22 visit: A great visit. I've learned it's just best to say "Wild, with a W" so they don't confuse wild with mild. And when I asked for extra, extra, extra, extra wet; that's exactly what I got! Well done, 5th star earned!

Update 8/18/23 visit: I've been delaying posting this for some time but tonight was the last straw. Let's start here. We got here after 9pm so it wasn't too busy at all. We get seated in a booth that looks like it's been in a war. One side has a huge rip, the other has some poorly fitting covering over it that looks and sits cheap. Many areas of this location need to be updated. One bathroom sink shot water out like a fire hose and in the men's room, the urinals have no privacy. Then we ordered our drinks, no issue there. We ordered our food and our waitress repeated it back to us. All ok there. But then, it took an extra long time to get our food (especially considering it wasn't busy). Except that, out of the 3 of us, not 1 order was correct/complete. We asked for it to be corrected and it never was fully correct. On top of that, multiple times we asked for items such as napkins, an extra tray for wing bones and extra sauce (which I put in my original order but wasn't fulfilled then). I've been going to B dubs since 2001 in various plates I've lived. Been going to this one for the last 10 years. In the last few months, it has fallen off a cliff, I won't be going back to this location any time soon. I'd advise people to stay away too. I should add that I had a deal with the B dubs app for $3 off, I mentioned it but apparently they couldn't find it so they gave me $5 off. Still won't be going back even if they wiped...

Worst service ever! We are definitely frequent flyers at this location but definitely won’t be after tonight. We were a large party table and our waitress had us along with other tables and she was definitely drowning and no one threw her a life preserver. The kitchen was horrible to say the least. The first three people at our table to order were the last served. Food was barely warm and we had to finally ask where some of our food was. One person at our table was so frustrated he said to just cancel his order. Manager who we know from frequenting the place came over and we were voicing a bit about the service and she just wanted to make excuses about large parties and how the kitchen runs. I don’t really care about all the excuses - your in the food service industry this isn’t rocket science. You just lost 12+ customers. She diverted and deflected everything we were saying and then when we made the comment about one person at our table not getting their food she looked at the kitchen and said it’s in the window but I took it off your bill. Like she did us some kind of favor. Worst customer service and you just lost some very loyal clients but that definitely didn’t matter to anyone there. The waitress was very apologetic and it def wasn’t all her fault - a good manager would have seen the deficit and jumped in but instead this poor girl was allowed to suffer. At one point she brought my salad out (after I was done eating) because the first one they made had the wrong dressing. She apologized and I told her it’s not her fault and she replied I think I’m quitting tonight. If she felt supported she wouldn’t have felt that way. Good luck to you all - your definitely gonna need it - we won’t be back and I am sure many others...
