Never by Coleman CT100U mini bikes. I purchased two CT100u mini dirt bikes for our twins on 12/14/20 and assembled on 12/26/20. One of them was shipped with a broken chain guard. I immediately notified Coleman weekly and NEVER heard a word. Obviously due to cold weather they got very little use and one of the chains stretched so bad I had to remove a link. Of course Coleman has the $3 master link but charges $18 to ship it. The other bike's throttle cable broke. So from February to June we had two broken mini bikes. In April or early May I set up an account with Coleman. I told them via that formal process what happened and still no response. I emailed Murdoch's via their national website and they were slow to respond. On 6/3/21 I found a replacement throttle cable and master link via Amazon, shipping included. Out of frustration I ordered those parts. I got one bike running and the kids have been playing on that June 10th and 11th. The broken chain has 35HH stamped on it. I ordered a master #35 master link and it doesn't work. The Westminster store manager did get me a replacement chain guard off a returned bike on 6/10/21 and gave me money back for having to order parts so that was good on their part. We have three of the bigger CT200U mini bikes and nothing like this has broke on them. Those CT200Us have some decent use. Coleman used to be fast to respond when those parts wore out. The CT100Us were only ridden in our back yard and never on rough terrain. I attached a photo of an intact chain guard on the right and the broken one the left. UPDATE On June 11th now the chain has stretched out so bad on the other mini bike it doesn't stay on. So once again we are back to two broken mini bikes. I attached a photo showing the chain tensioner is in the fully tightened position. I'll have to try to order size 35 master links from somewhere other than Amazon to see if we have success. Update June 14, 2021 We received other #35 master links via Amazon that were a different brand. They too do not work with the chain provided by Coleman. The Coleman chain states it is 35HH on it. So now we have to try ordering new master links from someone else. Photo attached showing 35HH on chain. Other photo showing me squeezing master link with pliers and there is no room to insert retaining clip. The point here is Coleman is not using standard 35 chain. Update June 18, 2021. I went ahead and ordered three master links from Coleman. It cost about $30. Keep in mind I was getting 5 links, including shipping from Amazon for $5. Not sure how long they take ship their parts. Update June 24, 2025. Coleman finally contacted me. They are offering to send parts I need long after I had already purchased them. They claim there is a back order on the master links so no telling when we will have operational bikes again. Update August 6, 2021. Coleman sent replacement chains about mid July and later some master links. The new chain was long enough to where it wasn't usable. If I cut a section out it will be to short to use. I used a new master link and reinstalled the old chain. That bike is up and running. The second bike needs the chain to stretch out a little more to where I'll be able to remove a section of chain and insert a master link. That bike is up and running minus the chain guard so we can reattach the chain when it comes off.

If you suspect anyone of committing fraud, you should call the police. Instead of the cashier trying to use false reasons for trying to look at my card. Which has numbers on it that are to be kept private. The cashier didn’t ask the person checking out before me for any Identification or to see her card when she paid. I was next. When I was checking out she had me sign up for email receipts. I did that. And then she wanted to see my card to make sure it matched the information I gave her……..at another station, another gentleman used a card and wasn’t asked for identification. The difference between me and those customers are I am not white. And obviously Native American. You really need to train your people to treat each and every customer the same. The cashier wouldn’t give me her name and I have video if you need it for training purposes. I made a 268$ sale today and I would’ve canceled it had my son not needed jeans. And by the past posts you must have management that doesn’t care about a diverse customer base.

As much good as there is in this store, one experience can ruin it. Some people have zero, absolutly no compassion, if it doesn't benefit their own interests or themselves, they could careless. I feel sorry for the people who do work here that do care about others, genuinely. It was 7:57pm on Saturday September 01, 2017, and my one year old puppy who just had two surgeries had just broken his e-collar which I purchased from Murdoch's less than a week ago. I called because I knew it would be a stretch to get there before they close at 8pm. The gentleman on the phone was completely rude, not only by way of his comments, but also the tone of his voice. I quickly explained the situation and he simply said you need to be here by 8. I pleaded with him and said that's why I'm calling because it could be 8:01 or 8:02. Nobody in sight. I live right across the street. I arrived at 8:02pm because of a car stalled in the intersection of 92nd and Wadsworth. My bad. That's why I called. Although what I say next has no relevance to why someone shouldn't be so inconsiderate, I will say it anyway. Last week I spent over 2 grand in that store and probably gave this guy a paycheck. I hate to go here but I almost lost my dog and this guy is worried about making sure the doors are closed and nobody is anywhere around, I mean the parking lot was empty. Two minutes after 8pm. I probably shouldn't review when I'm in this state of mind, but I want their management and ownership to know they have one very bad apple. What goes around comes around, and this guy is in for an extremely bad day. Thanks buddy I will never step into Murdoch's again...

My pregnant daughter stopped in this place today and took her dogs to get their shots. They're very strong dogs so prior to leaving the store, she took them out to the car on this 70 degree day, cracked the windows and ran back in to get them both new leashes before driving 30 minutes back home. On the way to the leashes she grabbed a bag of pig ears, but before getting to the leashes, she was paged to the front of the store where this woman took it upon herself to belligerently attack my daughter for leaving her dogs in the car. Threatening to call the police and/or breaking her car windows to get the dogs out "because she can legally do that there." Evidently the manager did open up a lane so my daughter could purchase her supplies and quickly exit the store. I get why people would be outraged at someone for leaving dogs in a car for long periods of times on hot days. But this woman clearly overreacted and didn't bother to kindly ask my daughter if she was going to be much longer. Those dogs adore her as much as she adores them and she clearly takes very good care of them. They were certainly NOT in any sort of distress! Aside from opening up a lane so she could get out of there, NO ONE stopped this woman from harassing her! NO ONE aside from a few customers who were disgusted by this woman's reaction did one thing. When the manager opened up a lane he could've taken the opportunity to calm this woman down and to stop that kind of harassment! My daughter didn't need or deserve this! Protect...
