Very disappointed. I arrived at 9:45 on the evening of July 23th. I had a similar experience to the patron below me. Upon arrival I sat at the drive through menu waiting to be greeted. Two more cars pulled up behind me. No greeting came. I thought this to be weird because the drive through does not close til 10:30. I pulled around to park and enter the Dairy Queen to make sure everything was okay. On the door “dining room closed due to low staff”. As I looked in I saw three teenagers just walking around, everything seemed to cleaned up. The lights then turned off. Seems like those three were ready to get off to a party. At 9:59 the three teen exited. I asked them why they were closed when the drive-through doesn’t close for another 1/2 hour. One of the young girls told me that a machine broke so the couldn’t serve any ice cream, and that two individuals quit. “That’s why we closed early”. I then asked if the owner would back up that story. She said yes. I then asked for her name in which she told me it was larissa or Alyssa Miller. If you are the proprietor of this establishment please reach out, you are losing some money due to this incompetence. I would really like to speak with you.
The BBB was contacted. This location has many recorded incidents of closing early. Something needs to be done. Either change your hours of operation or make sure your employees understand the...

I approached the counter and was the only one in line. After 15 minutes of waiting and watching the staff prepare food with out even saying "I'll be with you in a moment", I noticed my cake was starting to melt, so I asked the one of the employees (I didn't get her name, but dark hair and only girl there) if she could ring me up, I let her know that I didn't need her to make anything for me. She simply said "no" and kept on working. Not only was this shocking to me, it was shocking to others in the store as well who commented "I'm not sure why she wouldn't just ring you up". So I left.
Another note about the store is it is very dirty, crumbs and syrup everywhere. This type of attitude starts at the top, my recommendation is to go somewhere else where there is satisfactory (at a minimum) customer service, you deserve to eat your ice-cream in a location where the employees are happy the the...

The little woman and I were caught half starved while running errands and decided a dog would be great. We went through the drive through, ordered and received a bag with two chili dogs. My wife noticed that not only was there no necessary napkins but there was no plastic ware. We decided to eat inside and stated to a young woman that we needed napkins and plastic ware. The big fella running the drive through turned to us and the young lady gave us what we asked for but she couldn't leave well enough alone and said "Just so you know, you have to ask in advance for forks and napkins"...I told her she should put out a sign so people can know this and as I turned to leave she made a smart alec noise as I walked away...I would hate to be a business owner knowing I had to hire THIS batch of young people. So many of them are rude, uncompassionate and view older adults as the enemy and they let that get in the way of good business and gainful...
