As I posted below, the showroom experience was excelent. However, everything after that has been very poor. First, of the two models of chairs we ordered, one model was incorrect on the invoice. I contacted them to correct the invoice. They cancelled the incorrect order and placed a corrected order. When I finally received my order (6 weeks later), they had shipped the original incorrect models. I’ve contacted them to expedite picking up the incorrect chairs and to send the correct ones. They are working on it but I get no sense that anything is being expedited. For example, it took nearly a week just to get an RMA number issued for the return of the incorrect chairs. The product is good - still like the seating we have, but plan on waiting a long time to get your order.
Just bought a Home Theater full of seating (7 seats) from the Theater Seating Store. We were lucky enough to be able to visit their show room in Denver. What a fantastic experience. Josh helped us through the process and even offered suggestions for many other aspects of our home theater (he has a theater in his own home). We got just the seating we wanted and at a great price. We were able to take advantage of their 4th of July sale. My wife and I were very pleased with the final price of all this seating. The comfort and quality of the seating appears to be excellent. Read moreYou know, these folks do have good quality theater furniture, but their customer service is the worst. My seats (9) were ordered in Oct and delivered in December. The delivery team knew NOTHING of these chairs in terms of assembly, installation, and operation. This was my second purchase of these seats due to a new house, and I had to show them almost everything. This is becasue the Octane Seating/Theater Seat Store uses a third party to deliver and install the furniture. (Why two names?)
The leadman on the install simply worked for the trucking company and had never installed theater seats before. Needless to say, they were not installed. There were no brackets to hook the two rows of seating we purchased together. I contacted my salesman, and he had to order additional hardware. The hardware took at least three weeks to arrive and then we scheduled the "install" with "FSN" who contacted me about a week after the hardware arrived to schedule the install. We scheduled the install for 2-13-25 and then they cancelled the night before. We now have an install scheduled for 3-7-25. I'll keep you...
Read moreAll we can say is “Wow”! We remodeled our home and because of our crazy living room we could not find a couch or sectional that we liked that would fit our space. We found Octane seating on line and began searching the site and fell in love with what we saw. After a quick on line chat from the website we finally connected with Anastasia Darretta on the phone. She was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about what their company could do for us. She hooked us up with Jason at the warehouse. We made the three hour drive and Jason gave us a full tour of what they had to offer. That trip enabled us to pick exactly which model was best for us. Anastasia then reconnected with us on the phone and made sure what we decided on would fit in the space we had to work with. We could not be happier with the service that we received. As a result we made our order and when the delivery arrives, the delivery team will install, set up, and haul away all the packaging.
