I had a disappointing experience with the store manager at this location. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the manager's lack of professionalism and communication skills led to a stressful situation. We had specifically purchased a wedding dress side piece from this store, but 15 days before the wedding, they informed us that they wouldn't have the correct size in stock until next year. To make matters worse, they expected us to pay extra for alterations to fit a smaller size, despite the fact that the issue was entirely their responsibility.
