This is my favorite store to just visit when I need a mood up life and or a home touch of happiness ! It has most every thing you can imagine and would need and it's fun wondering what will be next incoming. Business is handled exceptionally professional and with class, intelligence, ingenuity and willingness to go the extra mile that today is not taken for granted ! It's refreshenjng to recall why it is our capitalism and democracy actually use to work ! "THE VALUE AND INVESTMENT INTO THE CUSTOMER Being services !
Even if the EXPERIENCE Was successful finding what was sought out to get it not ...
ITS ABOUT TIME A BUSINESS AS HOME GOODS CAME ALONG TO REMIND THE NUMB MIMDS OF BIG CORP THAT ...
THE Way a customers attitude is set when leaving Is wgere true referrals are given and genuine praise is written here now ... and many others I see as well ! This keeps the big wheel keep on turning folks and you have the intelligence personalities and common sense we miss from other places showing off their new soft ware etc
Moreover to emphasize:
The staff on the floor working assist in a professional manner and seen as well the young men work hard behind the scenes and are willing to lend a huge hand in my case even while in the middle of some thing for the store. They kindly turn and give what time is needed to please and that's awesome service and attitude !
Next it may seem trivial, however business survival in this nook of wheaton is important for many to want TJ and Home Goods to succeed and doing so is important to have confidence by not having to witness the same mistake other retailers have and wasted money on and over spent on bells and wistkes and avoid the investment into training their staff as home goods clearly invest wise.
Keep the bells and wistles in the truck and come on out from all your hard work and look back and savor the accomplishments long enough that it is well driven in that this is what team work and training combined with attitudes professional and time spent worth every dime !
Having time in the hard work managing stores or wellness centers is hard work with out all the acalades when promoted with free robes or some card that never will find when home they offer awesomeness in their Rewards credit points cards ! The best ever and highly advise this as I'm not a usual fan of these cards I am of theirs ...:)
Beth is a prime example how to connect with all generations to educate over and beyond by kit crushing the staff's spirit yet seen her literally building them up as I would coaching as why I noticed ! I sure hope she's here for a long time however she's far worth more than what she must be getting in her skills that she is hopefully humbled and willing to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo many wonderful items! They have stuff for the kids- men- women- your boss that you want to be especially nice to so you can land that sweet promotion, because college debt isn't going to pay itself. The store is clean and organized. Even with a lot of people rummaging through the isles. This store is amazing for "Home Goods" it is like a Ross or TJMaxx, but just for your home.
I'm talking office stuff. Lamps. Bath. Bedding. Toys. Gourmet, etc. At this time they are already set for halloween š. The only downside is the checkout line moves slow- and it is saturday- only 3 registers were open and a bunch of people where waiting. It isn't too bad though, about 5 minute wait or less. So if you are already running late to a party- then expect to be later. Would i shop here again? ABSOLUTELY. The deals are amazing and everything is beautiful. Just moving into a new place? Make this place one of your first...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI echo the one star review below. Visited this location over the weekend on a quest for some office furnishings. Upon entry, I was initially impressed with the storeās size and layout. Then came the nightmare: stressed-looking employees mercilessly weaving through the main aisles with Zamboni-like stock carts (I politely set my cart aside twice for them and didnāt receive an āExcuse meā or a āThank youā), disorganized stock-cluttered shelves that mimicked a weekend flea market, and poorly designed layout of their products that does make it next to impossible to navigate the store aisles with the carts they provide. Most disappointing was that a few employees that walked past me emanated such a negative vibe on this particular Saturday. Overall, it was such a nightmare experience that I vowed to eschew future Home Goods shopping at Wheatonās Danada...
