Seemed unsanitary
I went here tonight and ordered a 3 entrée plate then I showed a coupon I had for a free extra chicken. The server asked me what size chicken I wanted. I didn’t know I could pick the size so I showed my coupon and asked the server what size chicken I could get. The server told me any size. So I asked for a large. After filling up the box half way with chicken, they ran out of chicken and asked me if I wanted to wait or fill the other half with something else. Since I didn’t care, I asked the server to fill the rest with beef. Then we went to the register and the server started ringing up the bill. I think the server was new because the server had problem ringing up the register. So she went to get help from her coworker who seemed like a supervisor. The supervisor told me that the coupon I had was good for a small chicken but since I had a large chicken, she told me she couldn’t accept the coupon and told me I had to pay for the large size. I thought that was funny because I just wanted to use my coupon to get a free extra chicken but now she was asking me to pay for it because of their mistake. Then the supervisor started opening up all my food for some sort of an inspection. I don’t know why she was doing that. It seemed like she was making sure I ordered 3 normal entrees, not the premium extra charge entrees. Whatever the reasons, that looked really weird. While she was going through my food, I told her that the large box contained mix of beef and chicken. After the inspection, she told me she would get me a small box instead. That was fine with me. The supervisor took the large box and emptied the first half (beef) into the beef container where they serve to OTHER customers. I thought that was even more weird and unsanitary because even though my box contained untouched food, it contained 2 different types of meat! I went back home and told my wife what had happened then she just threw out the food we got. I don’t think we’ll ever go back to this...
Read moreMy experience this evening was very similar to several experiences I've had at this Panda location. Although it is close to my home. I will not be visiting here ever again!! This particular location is consistently understaffed and poorly managed. And tonight was a repeat of the same....at 6:00pm on a Friday night there were a total of 2 order-takers and 2 cooks... who could up not keepwith either people placing their orders in the store or those placing them online the other app like I did.... When I arrived at the store they had posted on the app that my order was ready BUT upon entering had to wait another 25 minutes!!! only to be told by the person preparing the order so that she " had only two hands". Why bother ordering ahead of time? Why bother with an app?? why bother going here at...

My to-go container for a 2 entree combo meal was full. They definitely did not skimp on the quantity of meats or vegetables. The food came out hot and fresh. I especially enjoyed the chow mein as it was not too greasy.
They had brisk business that they got in and out quickly. Although many tables were occupied, I was able to easily find an open one. The serving area as well as the dining area were both clean and spotless.
