Love Two Bostonâs!!!! I have been going to Two Bostons since my mom got us a dog back when I was 17. I love the cuteness of the little boutique and I am happy to see that they didnât sacrifice style or service when they expanded!!! I love going into Two Bostonâs for several reasons; they are always staffed properly so guests can get the personalized attention that so many crave, my dog loves going there, they carry a lot of things other stores donât, friendly staff and birthday rewards!!! My dog will eat every and any toy he gets his mouth on, so to avoid vet visits we spend a bit more money where it counts. A lot of the better quality toy brands you canât find in store, but you can at Two Bostonâs! Seriously though, they are the only store I know near by that sells Planet Dog brand toys and that is one of our go-to toys for our heavy little chewer. We have a mini bone by Planet Dog that is over a year old now and regularly withstands heavy chewing from our dogs âUncle Chaseâ, lab/pit bull mix. This store is just as wonderful and inviting as their first location, and so is there 75th store and I am sure if I went to one of their other locations they would be just as nice!!! I have been in the Customer Service industry for 13 years now and it is nice to see that the owners and workers at these stores are so nice and friendly. Great service is what I am about and I love receiving it as well. Keep up the great job!!! We need things that can withstand not one, but three different heavy chewers and those brand are typically hard to find in-store, so when I buy them I go to Two Bostonâs because even itâs a bit more than buying online, itâs worth supporting a business I love run by people who truly care. I'm not bummed they didn't give me anything free. The fact that I brought my daughter who has never been there to buy something for her big fur sister and not get any assistance is plain old sad. Many other better places to buy nice things for your fur baby. Customer service is key to a successful business and unfortunately you wonât get decent customer service here. I have a 14 year old Westie, Denver, that was recently diagnosed with canine cognitive dysfunction AKA doggy dementia. It was so sad to see him so anxious and scared during his night episodes and the medication from the doctor wasnât helping. In an effort to try a different approach, I reached out to Two Bostons and spoke to Carmen. What a rockstar! She immediately shared her experience with her own babes, one in particular who went through the exact same thing, and immediately made me feel at ease.
