Male fitting room attendant was very very rude. My sister and I went to try on clothes and asked if we could go in together. He was very rude and said “no! It’s 1 room per person.” So we told him how many we had and I told my sister she could go first since she had more, but he put his arm out in-front of her when she went to walk in and rudely said that room wasn’t for her but for me because I’m the one who had 5 items. After I get in the room I’m putting my stuff down and someone starts banging on my door at least 10 times screaming at me that there’s no outside bags allowed in there. I had a very small bath and body works bag and was not told that before entering. The banging and screaming was not appreciated and startled me. I didn’t even try anything on and just left the fitting room. Come to say I won’t be purchasing from this store at Lehigh Valley that allows employees to act like that to...

I was in search of a pair of jeans and found a pair I liked but they were a bit too big. I asked a male employee if there was a smaller size and the girl at the register jumped in and rudely said it was a sale item and no other sizes available, reiterated that it was a sale item, and said there wasn’t anything they could do. surprise It wasn’t a sale item. I even checked online. There were four employees and none of them bothered to even look at the pair of jeans in my hands. The girl was too busy talking to two guys at the front. The only employee who was actually doing work was the one guy I asked the question to. As I walked away, I heard the girl telling all of them about sale items. It was so off putting that I put away any items I intended on buying and just walked out. Why have someone who has no idea what they’re talking about...

clothes that look cheap, made in china, super expensive and above all, they sell you a bag to carry the clothes you bought, if you don't buy the bag, then you have to leave the store with the clothes in your hands as if you stole them !! ! The worst store I've ever walked into I will never go back...
