Stay far far away from this dump. Everything they sell is used and made to look new. This place also gave me bed bugs when they delivered a broken couch to me, that looks like they tried to fix with glue. I've heard so many bad things about them and should of listened. That guy AJ was very rude to me as soon as I walked into the door he was sitting down. I asked for help finding a dining room set he said its over there and didn't even get up just kept on playing on his phone. The manager is never there when I ask for him. Turns out he just hides in his office all day. This is a horrible place to buy from I will never buy again and also when I bought my set plus a mattress I seen one of the employees rip off a red tag off it, turns out that means it's refurbished when they told me this is new and never used they are selling used stuff and making me pay full price are you serious I will never buy from a dump like this again. Buyer beware. I strongly discourage anybody from visiting furniture land East. I wish I can give these guys a negative rating. I purchased a mattress several years ago. The mattress had our 10 year manufacture warranty on it. After 2 weeks of calling almost every day I finally got in touch with the manager. The manager was very rude and very unprofessional. He told me to take pictures of the warranty and the mattress and to email it to him. I did as requested, and I did not hear back from them. Another month went by of me calling almost every day to finally get him on the phone. I finally gave up and contact that the manufacturer directly. THIS STORE SUCKS AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE IDIOTS! ABSOLUTE MORONS! They ordered me the wrong couch then when they re ordered (what was supposed to be) the correct couch, they ordered the wrong damn color. How do you order the correct brown color the 1st time but the wrong material?! Then order black the 2nd time & not even confirm that it's the rite color with the customer?!!! They are all idiots. Now I'm stuck with a color I did not want! I will not be a repeat customer with any furniture land locations! When it's time to replace, I will take my money/business to a company who knows what their doing and takes responsibility for their mistakes instead of blaming the customer!
