This is a small local "One STOP Office Solutions" business that amongst other things, repairs and sells computers and printers and maybe other related machines like scanners. I only recognize the computers and printers when I walk in. They might even do some reprogramming. Call and find out. Upon set up and hours of trouble shooting the copier was not printing well, thinking that this would be a pain over years (since it wasent working properly) we told them this machine was not satifactory to us and wanted to return it. They say they wont take it back, I have been chasing the salesperson for weeks to help us, even offering to pay them a re-stock fee. He keeps saying its not his problem and we are now being chased by some 3rd party they sold the lease to. Salesmen will not help us at all.
