The sink has a enormous counter with many AC power outlets . This is opposite the toilet shower/bathtub importantly this is a non-smoking room. Room #110 #111 #115 #116 #117 #120 #121 #122 are 2nd in line for upstairs rooms with shower/bathtubs Hot water is not immediately but soon enough. The rooms have new mattresses and carpet very recently. With new curtains. Handicap access rooms are downstairs. With room #110 with the only bathtub/shower and easy access being the last room to the east Air conditioner is spotty service but adequate. All others especially #104 has a air-conditioner that turns the room into a winter wonderland if desired. I haven't been in the others downstairs lately. The reviews saying that the motel is infested with bedbugs is unfounded and absolutely untrue . There are " NO BEDBUGS " ! Also there are " NO COCKROACHES " ! Management spray's regularly. If a microwave and refrigerator is a "Must Have"! Clarify before accepting your room. Flat screen TV's and "NO PORNOGRAPHY" ! If you into "SMUT"...

I love the location of this motel. It's in the same parking lot of a liquor store and a 5 min walk to a gas station. The area is relatively quiet, depending on who stays there. I enjoyed my afternoon there yesterday. It was calm and relaxing with the door open. The family who owns this motel seem like nice people. They didn't give me any problems. The price of the rooms are cheaper than most in the local area. I was surprised by the size of the room, which I liked and the bathroom was actually quite nice and clean. Cheapest rooms around (book in advance on booking.com). Owners are strict and on-site watching parking lots so there's never any problems. They only accept cash and charge $50 deposit but will work with you if you only have $100.
