Best Whittier inn — Hotel in Whittier

I arrived at this 🏨 hotel under last minute booking and at near 2am, I have traveled to over 17 countries world wide, and rate my over all experience from check in to check out EXTREMLY, professional and within budget as described. The safety of my person and possession, are be far more important as many of the post attached herein by others guests, (ie), towels, poor t.v. signal etc, all I dismissed as frivous and not experienced in my stay and without out merit, the policies of this establishment are to enforce rules for the safety of guest and protection of the property, everything it's within walking distance that promote further safety, in the panic of my booking I mistakenly entered wrong days and the clerk (female motherly type), refused to allow that mistake too increase the 2 day weekend rate stay, a professional courtesy that fianced my stay 2 day stay meals and bar drinks, 2 days high speed internet was gifted to me like wise, at no time on the property, I felt a threat to my safety or property, even at 2am checkin, where the clerk was totally absent approx. 2-5min, assuming on a break, but quiclky they re-apperad and all my check in need where need and expedited withing 2-3min. I hearded no form of nustance while on the property as usual establishment at or above this fall rate.

I would definitely advise any member of my family, community and church to consider Best Whittier In there future housing accommodation when ever in the area.

Being in the medical field, I advise all travellers to purchase disinfectant spray that contains dimthyl ethybenzyl ammonia chloride, namely Lysol, that can be sprayed on every surface from light switches, complete bath and tile, beddings, t.v. remote, carpet and fabrics fruniture likewise complete interior cabin of renter car, all that are infectious but others whom abuse these accommodation (s), we are quick to blame the host of these accommodation (s), but truly should be directed at in humane and piror inconsiderate guest whom possess none what's so ever rational hygiene values..also a simple bleach and water kitchen prep should be applied daily in shower, sink and toilet, as to permitting housekeeping from bringing contamination into your space, one could also travel with 2oz less liquid Lysol for misting these areas as described.

I appreciate the in 🏠 house bar, that further protect my safety, from outside the property negative ellement (s), that lurks evil world wide, in particular these small towns as a DUI check point or total separate ion from your personal property that ends in the host accommodation making a decision on your behalf..based on that ALONE, I would rather the professionlism I witnessed verse a non responsible host who enforcement of any rules where upon encroachment upon others guest on non guest violating house rules and possible not a paying registered...

As a weary traveller, arriving here was such a breath of fresh air (literally) I walked into a truly non smoking room. My check-in experience with Manu was delightful. She was very polite, friendly, and professional. The terms of my one week stay (I wish I could stay a month)were explained clearly and parking was available for my rv.

The room was immaculate and well stocked with clean towels, soaps, shampoos, and ice bucket. My dilemma was what to do first, do I enjoy a restful bath in their clean tub, enjoy a nap on luxurious bed, watch a movie, shop, (they are conveniently located to an outdoor mall with shops and restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors), or surf the net....Its sunny here in Cali so surfing won out :)

Listen, we all have expectations and standards when we travel. I live my life with a high standard and that is I am to honor people and love people. I was received very warmly by Manu and appreciate that very much. I would definitely return if I had a need to and would certainly share with my family and friends.

Worst motel experience ever!!!! Checked in, and they had me pay in full before ever even seeing the room, which was horribly misrepresented. I understand providing a card and signing, but is it not standard procedure to not actually charge the card until check out? They are supposedly AAA friendly, but they did not honor my discount and charged the full cost. The room did not have a working key, management has to let you in everytime you enter, the AC did not work, the room window was missing a screen, and the room and pool were both filthy. When I asked for a cart to bring my belongings in I was rudely informed this was not a storage facility (I had intended on staying for two days). When I tried to check out 20 minutes later, I was refused a refund. If you're staying in this general area, go across the street to the Vagabond Inn. The room is the same cost, clean, complete with a flat screen TV (HBO is a plus), tub, fridge and microwave, clean pool, customer service is great, and they're pet friendly if you have a furry...
