I'm a traveling sales rep that has been to 3 different stores in 2 days trying to have some new charms put on my bracelet. I met some hurdles not being able to get my bracelet back the same day and I didn't want to have it shipped out to me. I tried my luck with this branch and I am so pleased. I walked in and Beth and Diana were so nice to me. They said it would be no problem. I got my charms, and arranged to be back in 3 hours. Rafael greeted me promptly. He was kind enough to put my bracelet on and even help me decide a perfect dinner place since I've never been to Wichita Falls. Just when I was about to give up, they were a glimmer of light as I was feeling discouraged. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience and superb customer service! Read moreThe employees were friendly. They greet you when you enter. The store was very clean. Employees wore masks and there were barriers between customers and staff when at the counter. There was a wide selection to choose from and you are allowed to try on the jewelry pieces to which they clean afterwards. The pieces are high quality pieces at affordable prices. It's my favorite jewelry store. I highly recommend...
