We were on vacation for a couple of weeks and we got home. Our alarm was not working. The reason according to the alarm company was we lost power and it shut down and the battery ran out and that we needed to go and push a button to reset the alarm we canceled the contract because if the alarm goes off when you’re gone, how are you gonna push the button to make it start up again we don’t know how other companies work as we haven’t contacted them yet, but we weren’t notified that the alarm was not working so we could have someone reset it and we didn’t know till we got home and we had a black screen.
