Seriously expensive, the waiter was new, very sweet and attentive. However, I had to repeat myself each time he came to my table . I specifically questioned him about the mashed potatoes because I'm not really a fan of mashed potatoes with the peels in them, and unfortunately, that's exactly what I got after I was told they didn't. Secondly, I requested and clearly stated I wanted the bill and the to go box at the same time as the food, I had to ask 3 times for them. Third, I asked for lime with my water, and he brought a lemon. When I again had to ask, don't you have lime? He then brought it. I ordered broccoli with melted butter, I received no butter, the 2nd time I asked for the melted butter, he brought me some whipped butter not melted, a 3rd time I asked can I please get some melted butter, I finally got it. All the while coming to my table asking me if I needed anything, these were my repeated responses . Now the flavor of the food, 1. The jalapeño poppers were amazing I really loved it, highly recommend it. 2. Salad and broccoli perfect 👌 .3. I asked for a bloody Mary with extra 🫒 what I got was a buffet in it but not extra olives. 4. An outrageously expensive, tiny, dry, perfectly pink piece of very tender loin. I have no idea how it was as dry as it was and seriously I didn't experience the texture of a steak. I don't know what it was but definitely didn't taste like a steak. 5. I asked for sautéed onions and mushrooms to go with the steak and got some burnt mushrooms nasty🤮 Very disappointed 😞. Now the really unreal thing I had ever seen, I had a total of 1 small bite of the steak, 1 tiny mushroom, and a taste of the mashed potatoes and that was all I could tolerate, and the waiter was informed of my disgust, and refusal to eat what was in front of me and rang me up $63.00😡 I took my 2 Jalapeños & broccoli and paid my bill. I then requested the manager because I was truly disappointed. After explaining the situation with Andrew the manager, he took the steak off my bill so I walked out and paid $36 for 4 Jalapeños and some steamed broccoli. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment unless it's for the...
Read moreNot what I thought it'd be at all. It seemed like the Texas Roadhouse knockoff. The atmosphere seemed to take the characteristics of the decor and Theme of the restaurant. Outdated and old. It was like nobody was excited and happy enjoying themselves. There was no Joy in the place. The T-Bone was a nice size. Too bad it was more fat pieces than actual meat. I may be exaggerating but if it made me think that then that's not good. I swear it was the worst T-Bone in the place. It should not have been served. The manager expediting should have caught that. They couldn't have known it had no flavor tho. Salt and pepper were much needed. That's on the chef/manager who let it go to the floor. Everybody hyped me up on how good it was. After hearing it only sat reservations and the price points I knew I had to try this classy joint. I should not have believed the hype. I was hopeful it would meet my expectations. Hope leads to disappointment (IYKYK), I already know this, yet I had faith in what I was hearing. Boy was I disappointed. I knew it was too good to be true. I'm sorry to sound like this but facts over feelings. I don't like saying somebody failed because nobody likes to be told they did a bad job but truthfulness is how to get better and learn. That is the way you don't make the same mistakes again. I'm sure you all will listen and learn. Thanks for the opportunity to share. Oh yeah, I almost forgot the shrimp on the Ranch Rattlers the cooks were lazy and did not take out the dorsal tract/back vein aka the intestine vein (feces🤢🤮) in every shrimp. That was pretty sickening and disgusting to where that might have thrown off the rest of the meal for me. Maybe that's what I was feeling, maybe, but I don't remember. The truth will always be FACTS...
Read moreWe walked in about 4:30 on a Sunday. There were 3 groups ahead of us. No one at the entry booth. The people ahead said they have been waiting for someone to seat them/greet them for a while. The restaurant was not busy at all. Very few people in the building but lots of staff walking around and chatting. Eventually a woman showed up and started taking names down. There were 5 different groups now waiting. We were a party of 2. There was a party of 3, 2, and 5 and another of 2 besides us that came in. She took the longest waiting group back, then came got the second. Then vanished again for a good 10 minutes. Eventually we were seated as well after waiting over 30 minutes. I understand if it was busy, but again, it was not busy in the restaurant at this hour. After being seated we waited another 15 minutes before someone took our drink order, by now we just ordered food and appetizer all at the same time. We both got burgers and a single order of fried pickles. 40 minutes later the food arrived, no sign of the appetizers though. We decided to just eat as we were running out of time it was going on 6pm now and we had to be somewhere by 6:30. The fried pickles finally arrived but we were already done eating our meal and ready to go. The food was pretty decent. There are no condiments on the table and we're given only a dollop of sauce for the fries in a small cup. Didn't finish, ran out and didn't want to wait forever for more. Already spent 2 hours here longer than we wished.
This was my first time, probably my...
