I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the experience we had earlier today at Topgolf. We were a group of 13 people, and although only 5 of us planned to play, we booked a single bay to enjoy the experience as a family and to give my parents, who are visiting from Dubai, a chance to try something new.
When we arrived, we were told by the so called “supervisor” that we needed to book an additional bay, which we did without complaint. However, the supervisor, Loui, was incredibly rude throughout the process.
We had brought coffee and tea in traditional cultural pots to celebrate my mom’s birthday as part of a special Arab tradition. Instead of addressing this kindly or professionally, Loui pointed at the pots and rudely said, “What is this?” He ordered us to dump the drinks immediately or leave!!!!! Just because we had COFFEE. When we politely asked to see the policy regarding outside food or drinks, he refused to explain and asked us to leave immediately. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it felt discriminatory. He belittled us and showed no willingness to treat us with respect.
First, he insisted we book another bay, which we complied with, but then he went so far as to kick us out simply because we had brought drinks??? His tone and behavior were entirely unacceptable, especially after we had already paid for two bays.
I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism at Topgolf or anywhere else. Loui’s disrespect and hostility completely ruined what was supposed to be a joyful celebration for my mom’s birthday!!!. It’s deeply frustrating that one person’s behavior can ruin an entire experience.
We’ve visited Topgolf before and had good experiences, but after this, we’re questioning whether we’ll return. I sincerely hope management takes action to ensure no other customers have to endure the treatment we experienced today.

I recently brought a group of high school students to Topgolf as a reward trip to celebrate the end of the school year, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish.
To begin with, I called ahead to adjust our reservation time by just 30 minutes. I was told they couldn’t modify the booking over the phone and that I had to cancel and rebook online, but they assured me there was availability for the new time I requested. As soon as I canceled and went to rebook—literally moments later—the time was already full. When I called back, I was simply told, “It’s not my fault,” with no effort made to resolve the issue. We had to completely rearrange our day and push our visit back by two hours just to accommodate this.
When we arrived, the staff was completely disorganized. Most of our students had never been before, and the staff gave them little to no instruction on how anything worked. Ordering food and drinks was confusing, and figuring out how to pay was worse. They also nickel-and-dime you for everything—including soft drink refills. None of our students were informed that refills weren’t included, so many unknowingly racked up extra charges just trying to enjoy a soda.
To make matters worse, a careless waiter spilled an entire tray of drinks all over me and one of my students. I was wearing a medical wrap on my hand after recent surgery, and it was completely soaked. The waiter barely acknowledged it—just said “Oops” and walked away. Not only did I have to sit there sticky and wet, but I also ended up being charged for the spilled drinks and replacements.
This place is clearly all about taking your money, not about customer service or creating a positive experience. I will never bring students—or anyone—back to...

Sat down for food before our game, waited about 15 minutes and no waiter/waitress showed up. Went to the bar and placed the order with 4 waters. Sat back down and waited.. and waited.. 20 more minutes later, no water still. Eventually the food came out, it was alright. Boyfriend called his burger a "hockey puck". Asked for the water, the young man said he would grab that. 10 minutes later, still no water. Eventually a female waitress came by and we asked for water, she did actually return with it.
Our time hit and we were finally taken up top and seated, the booth/lane was neat, comfy couch. We got the game started and realized the main screen didn't work. We are not golfers, we went for the experience and it was my first time. We talked to the server who brought us there and they shrugged it off. Said it broke earlier that day. We asked about being seated elsewhere and they couldn't do anything about it. We asked to see the manager and he agreed and went to to get him/her. We were not rude, just wanted a working lane. He was seen off in the distance talking to another worker, they seemed to laugh it off and no one showed up. Our time was ticking down, (the lanes are only rented for a time, we had 2 hours) Eventually my bf got up and went to find the manager himself. He came back with a great lady who admitted she had no idea it didn't work and no one talked to her. We all talked and since so much time was wasted, we just got a refund on the reservations and left. It looks like it could have been fun but by then the mood was ruined.
