Don’t go here if you want an actual quality drink with decent customer service. Ordered a plain hot latte in the drive thru. The girl made it iced but I politely reminded her it was supposed to be hot she said she would remake it. She left the drive thru window open so we could watch and hear what came next. Instead of remaking the drink, even at the prompting of her coworkers to do so, she instead drained of the ice and used the milk steamer to heat the drink up and poured it into a hot cup saying, “It’s the same thing.” The drink was lukewarm and tasted watered down. First time at Dutch Bros. 8/25/24. I unfortunately did not catch any of the names of the amazing baristas. The service was amazing! Everyone we encountered were extremely kind and helpful. It was raining and they were really busy and they were working hard and had great attitudes. I was not sure what to get and the lady taking my order helped me and it was a GREAT choice! I love DB! The service is amazing, especially when the employees come to you. DB is always busy. However, it is run like a well-oiled machine. Even as you approach the drive thru and see the lines, the service is truly quick. The flavor of their drinks are tastier than the competition. Don't get me wrong, I like SB, but DB is my new choice. I also believe their drinks are larger in size and most definitely cheaper. You also have the ability to order ahead on their app. The next time you need a morning or anytime of day caffeine fix; give Dutch Bros a try....
