Imagine That Toys — Local services in Wichita

My Friend's son just went through brain surgery, so I went to Imagine That Toys to buy a few gifts for a care package I'm putting together to ship to him. Right when I walked in, their staff greeted me with a smile and asked if they could help with anything. I told them the short list of interests the boy was into and they were able to point me in the direction of a number of awesome products that would be a good fit for his age and interests. After selecting some Lego Kits, fidget toys, balls, and other fun items out of their great selection, I was all set. They then offered to help with gift wrapping everything. I told them I needed to run across the street to grab some stuff from a store nearby.

When I came back, the staff handed me the bag of goods, and this is when a regular visit turned into an experience I will never forget. The store was five minutes from closing, so I was already very grateful for there willingness to go the extra mile and gift wrap everything. they then told me that they added a few more gifts ON THE HOUSE to help cheer the boy up. WHAT!?! Everything was wrapped beautifully and the extra gifts from the store will surly make the boy's day!

Imagine That Toys' team is amazing and the store has a great selection of items for kids of all ages. I will be doing all my gift shopping for kids there in the future, and I would recommend them as the go to spot for anyone who has a general idea what their kids like, but might need a little extra help finding the perfect solution.

First time visiting this store ! It was a great experience for my daughter and I! She absolutely loved it 😊! I live in Salina and we have been wanting to visit your store. Our expectations was met and you had everything in the store from pop-it’s to Legos and puzzles 🧩! My daughter went a little crazy in there and I set a limit on how much she can spend. She was undecided on which items she wanted more than the others. So Gwen stepped up and asked her to lay out all the items on the counter and figure out which ones were more important to her. I have never seen this approach before or enthusiasm to go above and beyond ! Thank you so much Gwen for doing that for me !

Coming from out of town, we googled magic tricks, and Imagine That Toys came up, so we were excited to see what they had. Unfortunately they only had two items, so we were a bit disappointed. They do have some different items than the typical stores, and my grandkids had a good time exploring. Then we went to another, more typical big box hobby store, and we found several of the same items we had just seen at Imagine That Toys. Reading other reviews, many people commented on the customer service, and yes, they were nice, but it seemed they were trying too hard, and they were not very helpful.
