Artichoke Sandwichbar East — Restaurant in Wichita

I ordered the half sandwich and salad special today. I took one bite of the sandwich and found the bread was extremely dry- the kind of dry that happens when bread has been left out or refrigerated. The waiter was very nice about it and said he would have the kitchen remake my sandwich. When he brought the plate back, I noticed the sandwich was oddly shaped. I turned it over and saw an imprint from my lipstick!- at least I hope it was mine. It was still on the same plate with my original soggy napkin (from the pickle juice). I decided it was time to leave, I got up and I overheard the waiter talking through the hutch about my order. The woman in the kitchen, far from being apologetic, seemed to be irritated that the sandwich had been sent back and I heard her say that she had cut the corner off! My waiter was very nice, but the kitchen staff are letting the business down. I’ve heard of cutting corners but this is the most literal example I have ever seen. Isn’t revolving food back out a health code violation? I didn’t even complain that I received a salad with ranch instead of blue cheese....

we ate out of the new east location. I normally get The same sandwich I cream cheese with turkey was very disappointed. Hardly had any cream cheese on it very little meat. Tons of lettuce too much dressing was not the same. The thing that bothered me the most is probably the sides. They weren't very big sides at the Broadway location but now the sides are so teeny and little that you get about five bites out of them and they're four dollars apiece which is outrageous. The bad part is people like their sides but those prices I don't think anybody will be buying four dollar sides in that swallow container. I make a really good pasta salad and I can make so much pasta salad so cheap. My husband went and picked it up. he said it's a beautiful place , we probably won't be back much cheaper sandwiches at some of the other sandwich places sorry to have to say this very...

We went to lunch on Saturday afternoon, i ordered the Reuben Wife ordered the Havana. she said hers was okay ,wasn't Steller. My Reuben was horrible & soggy. The Corned beef was thick as boot leather, overcooked to the point there was zero flavor. The dressing tasted old. i couldn't stomach to finish the rest ( leaving half to waste) service wasn't great, after receiving our food we were ignored and i finally had to get up and get napkins (due to never receiving any with our meals). over 40 dollars later there are better options for the money. was never asked how things were. while paying i stated how the sandwich was, he said okay I'll tell them.... very...
