I wanted to like this place. Went in to buy a pipe and possibly some tobacco. The salesclerk, Tim? (Tall thin, balding), wouldn't engage in conversation nor did he talk about the pipe selection much. When I didn't bite on the more expensive pipes he suggested he went even colder. He pretty much just stood there. He would walk away often and disappear. I was the only one in the shop. He made me feel like he could care less if I bought anything there or not. A cigar smoker who came in got different treatment. I am sure glad that all the reviews on here are from men, all saying how nice they are. They are not friendly or nice to women that go in there. I know what I need to get and they act like even asking me if they can help is a huge inconvenience. I always spend $100.00 or more, but this last time I went, I'm done! I will give my money to a place that appreciates all customers, not just men. Oh, and apologizing to the old guy in there because you said you had to help me and take my $128.00.
