First time and last time at this location. Staff was VERY unfriendly. Food was good. Wish I had taken a picture of our to go bag because you can't eat inside. All our fries was on top of the burgers. Like they literally put the burgers on the bottom if the bag , napkins and filled the bag with fries. Not seasoned or salted fries at that. Now while I wouldn't generally have a problem with my fries being done that way if it was just MY order. However there was two orders in the bag. The other guy shuffled through all the fries to get his burger out and at that point I was done. I ate my burger because it was wrapped up but I didn't eat but just a few fries because I dumped some out trying to find the sandwiches. He didn't wait and just reached in. Now while I don't think this covid thing is as bad as they say , I don't want other peoples hands all over my food. Order was over 30 bucks for two burgers one large fry and two large drinks. Seems expensive. While the burgers were good , what fries I had sucked because they were just plain fried potatoes. Either way I wont...
Read moreMy made to order burger was stacked tall, it was a challenge getting a complete first bite mouthful. Five Guys cooks all their burgers until well done (160 degree internal temp) using a smashburger style of prep so you're not going to get any pink running through meat. But that's OK, their proven process does not deny you a juicy burger. Five Guys also knows how to apply bacon to a burger providing bacon in every bite coverage, it is a BACON cheeseburger after all, not a "Bacon on the side" burger, with half slices hanging out like a cow's tongue outside the burger rather than ON the burger... But I digress. This burger was nicely balanced and is definitely worthy of a repeat buy. And even though Five Guys calls it a "Little Fry" on the menu, it's a very generous portion of fries. They were nicely fried, seasoned well and provided the lightly crisp on the outside, fluffy spud goodness on the inside bite you're...
Read moreI ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. While waiting for order I watched a worked (which I found out was the manager) come from making burgers to the front counter take his hat and scratch his head with its rim, go to the cash register, . then help with burgers and go back to the register . Not once in-between all that did he change his gloves. I asked him about wearing/changing gloves, asked if he was a manager, he said he didnt change gloves, yes he was a manager. I told him he could make my food over or give me my money back. He didn't want to make my order over so he gave me my money back. I told him I would let his general manager know about this too. How awful. While this may happen and we not see it. I'm not going to see it and not say anything. How unsanitary. He is not setting a good example for his workers at. The worker who told me he was the manager was...
