Love this store. Bryan is very welcoming, knowledgeable, humorous EVERYTIME I go in. My son is a collector and I love getting him the most updated products or most vintage. So I'm able to get him the best when I really don't know much at all about the comic world. If it's something they don't have, that have searched and ordered for me and they are the cheapest that I seen ANYWHERE. The comforting environment and welcoming staff and products make it to where you can spend hours in there seeming like you have only been in the for minutes. I also live that they always have a big selection of things for like only a dollar or two, so when you go in with multiple children, or you don't have much money;a family of 5 can go in with like $10 and everyone can leave with at least a couple very nice items. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. My son and his friend spent time there weekly just to stay updated. I feel they make every consumers experience memorable. I've been shopping here now for 3 yrs since I've moved back from Minnesota, I don't think I'll ever be able to go to another comic store after...
Read moreHad a pretty bad customer service experience. Went to trade in some funkos they told us they wouldn't take any. Ended up Giving my sister store credit. But not a lot because the boxes were "damaged" when only one box was. Tried to rip off my mom with some pops. we weren't looking for a fortune just mostly wanted to get them out of the house. But the guy that was there today was just straight up rude. Usually we don't have that much of a problem, the guys that work there are usually nice, but the guy there today was kinda a jerk. he was nice to the two guys that bought something today, but my mom, sister and I he was rude to. Idk I just don't appreciate how the guy treated us. Probably won't be going back after that. ive been going there since they were at the other location. I'm mostly leaving a review on how he treated us and to have him work on better customer service or you know at least be nicer.
Im upset about the way we were treated not how much you are offering to buy or not buy from us but how we as customers were treated by the guy...
Read moreAn impressive shop of collectibles found at the Harry and Rock shopping center and right next to Dollar General. A store filled with mainly toys and figures from multiple eras, both new and used, with a wall of comics and a touch of wrestling memorabilia. I could use another trip here to browse and get a better idea of how the pricing and selection really is, but I will bring a friend more knowledgeable of the hobby next time since the staff is definitely not engaging. Even without service, HH is still an interesting place to explore and I definitely recommend a visit to...
