Pottery barns customer service is the worst in the business. When receiving my item it arrived damaged and without any screws to property use or assemble the items. The delivery people even told me this is unacceptable and the worst they have seen. After calling and expressing my structural concern on an item (arm is separating on a coach) I was met with you knew it was open box (no where did it say it was structural damage or missing parts). I called to ask for even the screws and or a return and was met with zero acceptance. They will not send me screws and my new couch is costing hundreds to repair. Even worse when met with bad customer service and no option to return I asked if I could have a discount on shipping for the cushions to use the item. Shipping on the cushions would be 30+ percent and over $200 more than I paid to ship the heavy couch. At last customer service said they would give me a credit for $100 to use for the next purchase. I informed them that I would not be shopping at pottery barn again and they insinuated that shipping wouldn’t be so much if I spent more with them. I have since shopped other places like Nebraska furniture Mart that has higher quality products and pottery barn for half the price. I will not be shopping here again anyone who wants a $100 voucher let me know.

Read morePurchased 12 dinner plates, 12 salad plates, 12 bowls and a set of serving bowls from the Modern Mason Stoneware. Sadly, due to the poor manufacturing (my opinion) of the product my plates started to break. Now this wasn't any normal break, I had a fried egg on my plate and all the sudden a loud "pop" noise sounded and my plate was broken. I have not had these plates for a year, but it has been over 6 months. Pottery Barn no longer makes these items and were unable to replace the 3 plates that broke. Instead I was offered an $18 store credit! When a plate cost is minimum $10 on sale not much you can do with that. Such a disappointment and do not suggest the purchase of any stoneware products from Pottery Barn.
Two more break randomly in the cabinets. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Such a HUGE waste of money. Now I have these stupid plates with matching serving bowls. I bought 12 and now have 6! Pottery Barn is a huge...
Read moreMy husband and I were in Wichita for a night and being a customer of Pottery Barn I wanted to see this store. Walking through the door I was warmly greeted and felt welcome immediately. I was extremely impressed by the appearance of the store. Even the outdoor pots were tasteful and well cared for. My store in Leawood, Ks has become a bit shabby looking and has always seemed difficult to maneuver. This location in Wichita was picture perfect and the merchandise was beautifully displayed with an open inviting design. There was a flow that made design sense and I felt inspired. PB has always aligned with my personal style. I have purchased many, many items from PB but have recently felt uninspired at our Leawood store and have questioned why I continue to shop PB. The Wichita store reminded me why I chose items for my home at...
