Bricktown Brewery — Restaurant in Wichita

Heard so many great things about their meatloaf so i finally decided to check it out and try it for my very first visit. We were on lunch break so we knew what we wanted from the jump to make things easier for the bartender and convenient for us. So, we sit at the bar and there are two ladies behind the bar. We couldnt have been there but 1 minute and they both leave the bar without saying one word to us. Then, after almost 5 minutes of having an empty bar, one comes back and asks "Would you like me to get you a drink?" We replied with our drink orders but she turned around to take care of tables tickets before we could even add in our food orders. We decided to just leave because she then decided to take her table their tickets before even making our drinks. Now I have about 10 of experience in the service industry and bartended for about half of that. No greeting, leaving your bar unattended, and putting tables that have already ordered and finished their food before newly seated guests at your bar is very inappropriate. All I have to say is she lucky I wasnt secret shopping today. The waitress I made a complaint with when we were leaving was very sympathetic and offered to help us at a table but unfortunately we were on a time limit. If I ever go back, I will be definitely getting a table and i hope the waitress...

I have had carry out, once - and eaten there twice. Each time I’ve had the bleu ribbon burger. I have altered it - it comes with pepper bacon which actually has pepper seeds on it and it is spicy (for me very unpleasant) there is also a spicy sauce that comes on it as well that I wasn’t aware of at all. The menu doesn’t really let you know that this burger packs some heat. So I order mine with no sauce and regular bacon. This burger is delicious and is now my favorite go-to bleu cheese burger in town. The service wasn’t the best and I didn’t go during peak hours. Everyone at my table did enjoy their food and we had no complaints. Instead of fries I had the Mac & cheese! It tastes like they make it there fresh everyday. Definitely a place to frequent I going to add to this. I have been there two other times and have had the burger altered to a burger arriving not the way I ordered it. The difference is the manger was actually the one who brought the burger to the table and had it fixed straight away. On one occasion he even removed the burger from my tab completely with me even knowing. Still a great burger - everyone has bad days. Since then I have returned two more times and I’ll say that I will never come back. Two more burgers came out completely wrong. No more chances here and I’m sure they...

I called my order in, I didn't check it before I left when I picked it up, when O got home, my order was not right, I called to let them know that they had messed my order up I was told by the manger that they would send me a coupon for a free meal to use on my next visit for my trouble I really just wanted my money back because it was actually my first time ordering food from them and my food was dry and not tasteful at all but I said okay to the offer because I thought maybe I'll give it another try by ordering something else. I never got the coupon I even called them a week after and was told by that same manager that he remembered our phone conversation and that sometimes it takes a little while for them to be sent out (which made me think they must get several complaints). He took my information (AGAIN) then said he would send it out himself to this day over a month ago I still have not gotten that coupon. I spent over $60.00 on that food for me and my family, I'll never return there to eat nor will I recommend them to anyone I want bath them because I don't do stuff like that but if I am asked I will tell of my experience as a first time...
