Dollar General — Local services in Williamsburg

This place needs new management! The assistant manager is a joke and I honestly don’t know how she keeps a job letting who I believe is her children and man be there while she’s working. It’s so unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable to have kids going through the store unsupervised. Every time I go in, she’s on her phone not paying attention and is just simply rude! The store manager has to be aware of this if the public is. Please fix this! Customer service shouldn’t be that hard...

This store has always been a hit or miss, but now with the pandemic I wouldn't go back if you paid me to. All of the employees are wearing their masks under their chins if they even have one on. The manager wasn't even wearing a mask. They are allowing dozens of people in at a time with no care for the safety of other. My neighbors steal from this location constantly too, because even though she was "banned" from shopping there, no one enforces it and she still shops/steals from there...

This particular Dollar General is okay but it seems like the building it is in is a little small. Which makes it seem a little cramped. Also it is always busy which makes it seem all the more cramped. If they were in a big brand new building I would probably give...
