The Bourbon Barn — Local services in Williamsburg

I had asked about a year ago if they carried German Glühwein for the holidays and they said no. I explained its a Wine that gets warmed up it has spices in it and its very tasty. Long story short I called again this 12/03/2020 and again the answer was no, But the owner Patrick said , I tell you what I will find out if I can get it and get back with you. Well he got it for me and I am one happy Lady...I usually drive to TN about 5 hours Clarksville but I don't have to do that this year. I’m like every other bourbon chaser... bourbon barn has a massive selection and variety. You won’t always find the allocated stuff (newer store building rep), but the warmth and help I receive when I walk in there separates them from the other stores in the area. They give honest reviews when your on the fence or between buying bottles (sometimes a small sample so your not just buying off the label). Store picks are great too! They’ve helped me to escape the allocated bourbon trap and refrain from going down the road to Liquor Vault and paying HUGE aggravating markups on the harder...

Very impressive selection, especially bourbon, as the name suggests. Fair, reasonable prices too. If you are a bourbon connoisseur, this is worth making a special trip. After you've been here once, it will most likely become your "go-to" store for any and all liquors. Staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I'd rank this store as one of the best I've shopped, including several of the ones in Louisville...
