This is the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. We were put in a room on the third floor that was under construction. There were multiple buckets down the middle of the hallway to catch the water that was dripping from the ceiling, drywall dust everywhere, the room numbers were on the floor, the elevator inspection paper posted in the elevator expired 04/2019, our hotel room door handle locked us out, the general manager was extremely rude and unpleasant. We forgot our personal belongings in our room, we went upstairs and our door handle was nonfunctional. The front desk reissued us a key that was again nonfunctional. The front desk attendant came upstairs and was unable to gain access to our room. The front desk attended said the only time this would happen is if there was someone in the room (which we knew there wasn’t). At that point we asked for a screw driver to change the batteries in the door handle. The front desk attendant then said she was calling her general manager who was 45 minutes away. The house keeping was unable to locate a screw driver or batteries as it was in a locked room that they did not have access to. We got our tool kit from our vehicle and bought batteries from the gas station across the road. Replaced the batteries and the door opened. We were then met by a very disgruntled general manager saying we should have waited for her as she was 5 minutes away (yet we were told it would take her 45 minutes to get there). Upon leaving the hotel we were greeted by four extremely pleasant police officers as we exited the elevator. The police were told we were breaking into the hotel. We were changing batteries in the hotel room that we had paid for and it was well before checkout time. Not being able to gain access to a hotel room is an extremely immense safety issue, especially if a child were to have locked themselves in the hotel room. A complaint has been filed. I would never recommend this...

The hospitality of the staff. When we made our reservation we made it for a Friday and Saturday. When we arrived on Friday. In the pouring rain we discovered that they made a mistake and made the reservation for Saturday and Sunday. So we were stuck. We had nowhere to go. It was raining. My wife was in a wheelchair. At the same time. There was a big sports event in town and there were not any rooms in the hotel so we had to drive 20 miles away.

I worked in a hotel before and I understand how that can happen so even though it was really inconvenient we made it through. We came the next morning and Tammy, the desk clerk at the front desk went out of her way to be accommodating and get us in a room as soon as possible. Throughout our visit. She was so nice and very attentive. We also liked very much the house cleaning lady named June When we saw her, she always asked if we needed everything if we were comfortable and how we liked our stay. The next morning when we went to have breakfast, Chris was serving breakfast and it was very good.

. People were very nice. Everybody was individually kind and gracious and it made us feel really welcome to stay there and we would certainly come again. Yes was I upset about the reservation mix up, but people are doing their best and people make mistakes. Mistakes don't bother me so much is how people act afterwards to try to fix them and make you feel comfortable and they knocked the ball out of the park about this. So I'm very happy with my visit and I would be happy to stay there again. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable and I've never slept in a hotel where the bedding actually smelled so...

I have stayed here 5 times in the last 6 years for a college homecoming. I needed 2 adjoining rooms to accommodate my family. I called 3 weeks ahead and arranged it only to arrive and find out that the arrangement had been undone. The attending staff claimed they did not know what had happened. The hotel is currently under renovation. We were placed in 2 throd floor, renovated rooms that were not adjoining for the first night - one of which had a door that would not latch. To "fix" the mistake, we were moved to unrenovated rooms on the first floor that were adjoining on the next day -- on the main hotel traffic path and leading to difficulty sleeping. This all caused a great inconvenience to my family and up ended some of our plans. Upon checking out, I was told that I would have to speak to the general manager for any type of accommodation. As a rewards member, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I will be calling the general manager on Monday and likely, moving forward, will be looking to stay...

We didn’t have much choice we were on our way to IN from TN and everything with good reviews were booked. We had room 320 right off elevator the location was convenient. However the room next to us on the left look at the door or 320, we could hear everything. Their toilet flush sounded like it was coming through the wall. Very outdated room. Hair dryer old wall type and smelled like it was burning. We had a nice view lol 😂 oh well. It was for an overnight. We didn’t go to breakfast so can’t say how that was. If we were in a pj ch we would come back. The good thing is NO BED BUGS and it seemed to be CLEAN that is the main things!! #rvnewadventures #hilton #hamptoninnwilliamsburg #kentucky

Our stay was pleasant with a 24 hour coffee station, with regular, decaf, and hot water. They also had several options for tea which I appreciated. They had a several selections for breakfast including waffle maker, plain oatmeal (with several options including brown sugar, dried berries, and pecans), Western Omelette, chicken patty, and biscuits and gravy. I found their options limiting as someone with a dairy allergy. They had a filtered water enhanced with blueberry and pomegranate that was my favorite, I mixed it with my tea.

For $146 a night in rural Kentucky, we shouldn’t get mold and peeling paint, even if it is limited to the bathroom. Two ladies serving breakfast so the hot food area is roped off. They get busy talking or disappear completely so if you haven’t been there before you may walk off with just the cold breakfast.
