Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Williamsburg

SINCE MY REVIEW WAS REMOVED ILL REPOST WITH AN UPDATE! I emailed corporate with no response, so I have contacted my local health dept today 8/26/24. Worst experience! I ordered pizza from Williamsburg Pizza Hut today approximately 3:30- 4pm, I got home about 4:15 my husband and I ate and I put the pizza in the fridge because my husband was gonna have it for lunch tonight, shortly after I got super sick with some abdominal issues. Didn’t think it was the pizza as I’ve NEVER had an issue with Pizza Hut EVER! But as I after I heated the pizza up to take to my husband for lunch I noticed there was FLY MAGGOTS on the pizza. I contacted the DISTRACT MANAGER, she wasn’t helpful at all! The only thing she was concerned about was correcting me on her TITLE at Pizza Hut and informing that she’s very good at her job! And reassured me the pizza definitely did not come from this location, I provided her with picture proof of EVERYTHING, THE MAGGOT EGGS, the receipt and the charge on my bank! I simply contacted her to see what I needed to do as in, contact my local health dept, or just anything but she didn’t have any advice but was concerned about what employee of hers advised me to contact her or correcting me on her title. I will DEFINITELY not be back! If you go definitely check your food, and I will be contacting my doctor to make a complaint. THIS...

Got a pepperoni and onion hand tossed medium-sized pizza that cost me a insane $17.54. As for the quality, I've had better gas station pizzas. Don't go for this place if you value your wallet and don't enjoy greasy pizza.

I'll also mention for those thar enjoy dine in that the location was down sized. Very small, and on a positive if not middling point, it only took 14 minutes to be ready, so at least they aren't slow as well. (With two tables there, it took me 6-8 minutes to have my order taken, though the cashier was also the waitress and she prioritized a table with children first, so I won't complain there, just mention it so others are aware).

My recommendation is to go elsewhere, and The Brick Oven while hard to park for, is a much better value to cost ratio with a similar if not better layout and dine in...

Ii am usually usually a fan of pizza hut, this time not so much. It wasn't because of the food, the service was terrible.

This restaurant is located just a short distance from the interstate. The restaurant has been updated in the last couple of years a complete remodeling.

The pizza and bread sticks were good as always. They special was a family meal for 4 a pizza, bread sticks, and boneless wings. I was pleased with the food everything was hot and fresh as to be expected.

The service was the down side, we took our seat and the waitress said she would be back to get our drinks and our order in just a minute. That minute lasted approximately 10 minutes before she returned to the table and only took our drink order before leaving the table. We were ready to order when she arrived back but I don't think she was ready. We were never given a reason for the slower than usual service and the restaurant wasn't busy. Maybe just an off day...
