When my husband and I were traveling to Williamsburg for a week, we decided to rent a scooter for him since he is having difficulty walking distances, we knew this would make it easier for both of us. It turned out to be wonderful. In times past, we had used a wheelchair which worked out ok, but this gave him the freedom, especially in museums, etc. to go where he wanted. We used it and the Virginia Zoo and it went up and down the hills effortlessly. What a FANTASTIC business. My family visited Colonial Williamsburg recently and it would not have been possible without this company's fast and reliable service. Easy. Just called them the night before and arranged for a time and place and the delivery man was there with the scooter ready before our scheduled time. He gave my mother fast and effective instructions that put her perfect ease.

More than that, I left a pair of $400 sunglasses in the scooter. Two days later, I called and they checked every scooter for my glasses. They texted me the same day and sent them to me Priority Mail at no charge.
