I'm extremely impressed yall! It was my first time at a Dutch bros at all and I didn't know what to order or anything. This cute gentleman that worked there came up to assist me with taking my order and I told him how it was my first time there and I was clueless what to order. He stated he loved helping people on their first visit and asked what it is I usually get somewhere else. So I told him a cookie crumble frappe. He then said they had frappes and a cookie one too! So I ordered a couple espressos in it which he helped me decide if I wanted one or two of and then I paid and he carried a short friendly convo with me til I moved up. I then got my drink and it was perfection! Better than Starbucks! I got a large which is 32oz so much bigger than Starbucks! The consistency is different than starbucks as well so it doesn't water down and separate within time between the ice and drink thank goodness! Annnnddd it was cheaper!!! This is not a knock on the staff, as they were friendly and helpful, but this should not be called a coffee shop. They don't even have regular coffee or anything resembling it. They have super sweet ice cream type drinks with a touch of instant coffee flavoring. If frapps are your thing, then I guess it might be ok, but if you like the flavor of actual coffee or drinks made with real coffee, go somewhere else. After waiting in line I felt obligated to order something after the order taker said they don't have coffee, so I ordered a cold brew. She said I could get the cold brew "toasted", which I'm assuming is microwaved? I like cold brew on occasion so I said let's do that.
