The staff at Ohio Mobile Gaming is absolutely amazing. Our event went absolutely perfectly because of the customer service and attention to detail. Niccole answered so many questions as we were navigating our weather plans, and made sure to communicate to the deliver crew the plans so they knew where to go for setup. This may seem minor, but this made my day so much easier! In events we are constantly moving on to the next task to accomplish expectations for guest experience and their ability to be where I needed them, when they said they would be there was phenomenal. I was able to show Alex and John our space and within minutes they had a plan and went to work which allowed me to go where I was needed. They made the area look so fun and that atmosphere MADE our event incredible!!! Everything was perfect and exceptionally professional. I can not give the crew enough...

OMG!!!!!! ..... is all I can say! They get 5 stars from us! We have already decided that ALL 5 of our kids will be getting their parties done with these guys. The game truck was awesome, the technician, Aaron, was incredible! Everyone I dealt with to make this happen for my 11-year-old was professional and friendly. Aaron was so good with the kids on the truck and helped the little ones when needed. The whole 2 hours went smooth. We have never had a birthday party THIS easy and carefree! I recommend this company and their services to anyone with kids. Even the adults had a great time playing games with each other and the kids! We LOVE these guys!!!!! We had a large size inflatable(can hold up to 1,000lbs) delivered for our son’s 5th birthday at our house and the customer service was wonderful from phone to in person! They were very thorough with directions, even when we thought we had to cancel due to the weather changing from no rain, to 40% chance to raining off and on all day long with the thought of a possible cancellation! They came earlier than anticipated which was perfect for us! They were also respectful of wearing a mask during this tumultuous time. We would recommend using them!
